That pace can be a lot for some people, but it’s effective—especially under pressure. My only recommendation would be to focus less on trivial details and more on the bigger picture. Long-term relationships matter—LTV is more valuable than just closing the next deal. Overall, a strong operator I’d recommend.

Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

They also have an impressive network of potential buyers, which proved valuable in reaching the right audience, particularly in a challenging market, where they succeeded in securing the sale of our maisonette. I’d especially like to highlight Danielle, whose efforts in the final stages were outstanding. She went above and beyond to help close the sale, proactively following up with our lawyers, keeping everything moving, and even assisting with practical details like recommending cleaning services. Her focus and determination at that point made a real difference in getting the deal across the line. Giles was also very helpful throughout, offering thoughtful advice and feedback on our property, as well as sharing valuable connections and insight into the Notting Hill market. Overall, a professional and well-connected team with a particularly strong understanding of the Notting Hill area.

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

Communication was easy, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. We truly appreciated their kindness and reliability over the years. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring landlord.

I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
29th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch- 20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Blair was fantastic to work with. He always kept me updated and got back to me promptly if I had any queries. He helped me out with meter readings on the sale, as I wasn't near the property. 5-star review!

From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and highly knowledgeable about the market and the area. Richard gave clear guidance on pricing and communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the process—I was always kept up to date, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me and I’m glad they were, what stood out to me was how they managed the entire process with a calm confidence during and after completion. As I am grateful Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Dangoor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. A genuinely reliable and good service.

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Worst experience.We went to view a property for rent and we reach the property there is no one to view the property for us. We wait for 30 minutes and call randomly to the office number and no one pick the call . Very disappointing. Waste of money and waste of time.

7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with OpenHomes, particularly with Pratik, who was one of the least helpful agents I have dealt with. I reported serious issues with my property in October, including an unstable toilet, unsafe bathroom flooring, and lack of proper hot water. Despite these being essential facilities, there was no urgency in addressing them. Communication was poor throughout. I repeatedly followed up and agreed to multiple proposed dates for repairs, but these were delayed or cancelled with no clear updates. At one point, I had to go months without being able to properly use the toilet flush and had to rely on manual alternatives. Even when additional issues like damp and mould developed, the response remained slow and uncoordinated. Requests for written confirmation or reasonable support were also not handled properly. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and dismissive of tenant concerns, especially given the seriousness of the issues. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider before renting through this agency. They don’t care about tenants.

Honestly, I have always had the impression selling and acquiring a property is so stressful but little did I know it needn't be with the right agent. the process was so seamless from Adam coming in to value my property to marketing and the to selling. They keep me in the loop at every stage. They were always available to talk to. Adam's friendly approach is top notch. not over bearing like other sales guys. He will give you his honest opinion always. Top guy. will always recommend any day. Thanks guys
