We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. 23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We have just sold our house with Chas Lowe having failed to sell over the course of a year with another, much bigger firm. We were glad we made the change. Our house had an unusual layout which doesn’t appeal to everyone. James immediately suggested several changes that made perfect sense and were implemented immediately. We soon realised that any estate agent can gather viewers but it takes resilience and a certain talent to get those viewers to buy your house. After sales, especially with tricky buyers , is where Chas Lowe earned their cut ten fold. Anthony was absolutely excellent. These guys clearly know their business. They are straight talkers and get the job done. We absolutely recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services if we ever move home again.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
19th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
