The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".
3rd May 2026 (2 days ago)Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust. Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. Thank you.
9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Communication was pretty unprofessional and informal. We didn’t get the sense that the property was getting pushed much as we didn’t have too many viewings, but ultimately they got the property sold at asking so overall happy.

9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. I do not even want to give 1 star.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

27th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Bernardo was fantastic throughout the entire process. From viewing the flat to moving in, everything was completed within just a week, which is incredibly impressive. He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage. The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. You are the best!- 23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Poor poor customer service. Tried to sell with them for over 6 months, few viewings, never any feedback from viewings and on occasion asked if my tenants could accomm odate viewing late evenings! A very bare minimum approach, eventually had okay offer, accepted then I had to chase them to chase potential buyer who was clearly stalling on getting a solicitor and survey done, so as I expected offer was from a time waster. Asked for my keys to property to be returned signed for and they sent normal post and I'm still waiting! They charge okay commission compared to some estate agents, but never available, never ring back, just lazy approach, like rubbish advert marketing and then sit back and hope property will sell itself. AVOID.

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

Working with Graham and then Azra they guided me through a changing market and provided fantastic advise and communication throughout the process. Azra is one of the best agents I have worked with, she went above and beyond to keep me updated and was always available despite us being in completely different time zones. I would highly recommend their services.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see.
