Luke is a skilled and helpful agent, who made the whole process super easy. Keira, our property manager, is extremely responsive. She has been remarkably present for any questions or requests we had and it was very clear that solving any issues was a high priority for her. I've had a great experience with Beaumont Gibbs :)

Bought our home through them and they also helped with putting our previous home for sale. They are my go to agents. What I like the most is that they don't force decision on you and provide you with sufficient market data to make the right decision. Thank you Peter, Carina and Sam.

9th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

She managed to find what I was looking for in a short time (top floor flats, reasonable service charge and long lease) and really went the extra mile with making the most of our time with multiple viewings with a smile:) Even though my circumstances changed and I no longer need to view flats, I highly recommend Samantha as an agent to find your dream property!

Nathaniel was always available to talk with his good nature and attitude at all times. Reducing some of the inevitable stress that comes with moving was what I hoped and Nathaniel and John Payne Estate Agents delivered on that.
3rd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Never ever let from Chase Evans. The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents. I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this. I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive. Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left. When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams. Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need. I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents. Would not recommend at all.

28th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)Initial valuation was very good. House sold within 5 days of being on market. Got told by office that initial offer was good & there wasn't any other interest. Considering it was only 4 days in, I wasn't happy with that. I managed to get a little more from the buyers. Otherwise happy with service. The cost included the solicitors fees & I was told that Wigwam would do all the chasing with them. Only time will tell.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

19th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.

Even though we were not able to find a place for me due to my requirements and the available offer in the area, Alicia was amazing. Always so thoughtful to look for alternatives for us, she listened to our demands and gave her best to help us.
