I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the property we recently moved into, managed by Foxton, particularly the Maida Vale branch. The experience has been truly disappointing and unacceptable.
Upon moving in, we discovered that the apartment was in a deplorable state of cleanliness and did not meet basic health and safety standards. Despite having high expectations and being assured by your representative, Jack Stanton-Gleaves, that all necessary work and cleaning would be completed, we found the property to be disgustingly unclean. It is common sense to ensure a house is properly cleaned for hygiene and out of respect for new tenants.
To make matters worse, Jack, who made these assurances, disappeared without a trace, and we later found out he had been fired. This lack of professionalism and the false promises made have left us feeling deceived and extremely frustrated.
Furthermore, the overall lack of communication from your agency is unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and highlight these critical issues, my emails and messages have been consistently ignored, particularly by Paul Phelan and Karan Kumar. The absence of response is not only unprofessional but also shows a blatant disregard for customer concerns.
This level of service and care from a company of Foxton's reputation is appalling and has caused us significant distress and inconvenience. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL THE COST.... Read more
