23rd Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)Very poor experience in dealing with property management. Found the person highly predatory in charging bogus expenditures to deduct deposit (eg indentation on carpets left due to keeping furniture) in an attempt to try to allocate landlord’s discretionary expenditure to tenants (which as a matter of fact arrived after 50+ days since tenancy ended after multiple requests to return deposit). Have challenged it through ombudsman, but did not expect this predatory behaviour from an agency of such good reputation.
26th Feb 2025 (8 weeks ago)David Astbury's turned a failure into a success. We had a property sale fall through and relaunched the property. Within two days Ceyda and Simon at the Hampstead branch had launched the property and were booking viewings. The vendor was experiencing a lot of stress due to fall through and Ceyda helped bring peace of mind to our vendor. Within a matter of a few weeks we had an agreed sale. This was exceptional service and great client experience. Simon and Ceyda have also been amazing through out the sales progression and we have a very happy and satisfied vendor at FLYP. Well done team. Amazing work.
6th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I cannot recommend RHW Estates enough. They are the best estate agency that I have dealt with in London and I was incredibly impressed with the service that I was provided. Scott helped me find a new tenancy and was very informative and knowledgeable on advising me of the market conditions without exerting undue pressure. I was very impressed with how respectfully I was treated, which unfortunately is not given with other London letting agents. The whole tenancy process was incredibly smooth as well as moving into the property. Thank you Scott!

16th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We were very happy with Compton Reeback, who managed our flat when it was rented out and then handled the sale. They were efficient and responsive managing the rental and our tenants spoke highly of them. For the sale, they found a buyer at close to asking almost immediately on instructions and Julian managed the process from there very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

10th Apr 2025 (13 days ago)Amazing experience. They are one of a kind, nowhere near any other experience we had with other estate agencies. From the start Jamie, Adam and Harrison have been simply great in understanding our needs and guide us throught the sale process. This was done in a very quick and timely manner with outstanding communication. Suzanne then helped us to close the deal and managed to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Highly reccomend Jamie, Adam and Suzanne and the whole Paramount team if you are buying/selling a place.

21st Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

Tommy, who currently manages the property for my landlord, was always very helpful and always polite. And if anything needed doing in the property, he would always get it sorted. A very polite young man and very professional. We kept the flat in excellent condition and have had no issues in receiving The deposit back. So I’m pleased to say we had no issues with this Estate Agent very happy.
