Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! 24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Sasan moves fast and knows how to find the deals you want. He’s proactive, resourceful, and finds a way to get things done. That pace can be a lot for some people, but it’s effective—especially under pressure. My only recommendation would be to focus less on trivial details and more on the bigger picture. Long-term relationships matter—LTV is more valuable than just closing the next deal. Overall, a strong operator I’d recommend.

9th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Owners should avoid using Westways. As a renter, Westways are the agents to represent landlords. We are renting a place through Westways, where there have been persistent issues. In addressing these issues, Westways persistently show a lack of care and professionalism when addressing these matters. A key issue being, ignoring most matters being raised, taking an extended time to respond to any matters raised and primarily will be an acknowledgement over any possible action, looking to first blame the tenant prior to assessing any issues, sending inadequate contractors to assess issues with a house, and using incorrect contractors to fix issues which ultimately lead to additional issues. Whilst in some instances the house may inherently present issues, the lack of care and professionalism is evident. The comedy of issues we have faced have led to inadequate living conditions we are paying rent for. Additionally, by using their 'own' contractors and not appropriate contractors, issues persist and it leads to a more costly issue for owners. I am not a professional but what I do know is, if you have an issue with plumbing, send a plumber. If the same person who addressed an electricity matter is also tending to a plumbing issue, how can they do a better job than a plumber?

They also have an impressive network of potential buyers, which proved valuable in reaching the right audience, particularly in a challenging market, where they succeeded in securing the sale of our maisonette. I’d especially like to highlight Danielle, whose efforts in the final stages were outstanding. She went above and beyond to help close the sale, proactively following up with our lawyers, keeping everything moving, and even assisting with practical details like recommending cleaning services. Her focus and determination at that point made a real difference in getting the deal across the line. Giles was also very helpful throughout, offering thoughtful advice and feedback on our property, as well as sharing valuable connections and insight into the Notting Hill market. Overall, a professional and well-connected team with a particularly strong understanding of the Notting Hill area.

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. 5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

She really took the time to listen to our needs and noticed the little things that others might miss. 6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.

6th May 2026 (0 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
