When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. 5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Where do I even start with Eddy, Chris and George These guys have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They sold our house TWICE! The first buyers pulled out after 10weeks of being sold because they decided they wanted the house for a lot less, which could have completely derailed our plans and potentially cost us our dream home. But Eddy and the team didn’t mess about — they got straight back on it, gave us loads of advice, kept us positive and managed to get our house sold again incredibly quickly. What impressed me even more was that they didn’t just care about selling our house and taking their fee. They genuinely cared about getting our whole move over the line. They gave us loads of advice and help with the house we were buying too, even though it was being sold through another estate agent! That says everything about the sort of people they are. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Always there when we needed advice, always straight with us, and they went above and beyond when we really needed them to. If you want an estate agent who actually cares, knows what they’re doing and will fight your corner, look no further. Eddy, Chris and George — you’ve been absolutely brilliant. Nikki was exceptional in answering queries and ensuring all paperwork was signed and completed by both myself and the landlord. Really great service, and would highly recommend, friendly, patient and a delight to deal with

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

When our circumstances changed in April 2026 and we were selling the house it was a "no brainer" who we would ask to act for us in the sale . Yet again Nicola and all her team were amazing, and she very quickly achieved a sale for us. She guided the whole process very carefully, and when the property we were proposing to buy hit complications, she and Toby very quickly arranged a rental property for us so that our sale could complete. We would give 6 Gold Stars if we could!
