From start to finish it was an honest valuation with evidenced right price to sell information. We sold within 2 weeks, after several viewings to a very reasonable offer. (and grateful for the informed feedback after every viewing). We have been kept informed the whole way through the sale, and the team were always able to update me on progress when I called for an update. Very pleased and with confidence would highly recommend this agency to any potential sellers or buyers.

26th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)Quality service from a quality agent. Had my flat on the market with another agent and after 6 weeks and 2 viewings I decided to get these guys involved as well. Harry Dyer came over and was great at explaining the process, fees and the plan to sell my place. He explained what they do differently and how proactive they are. Once signed I was passed over to Chris Knight who had me a viewing within a week. From what I gathered from the viewer it was one that Chris had to really convince that seeing my flat was the right move for him. The guy offered there and then and at asking price. 3 months later iv just exchanged and we move in less then a week! Unbelievable work all round and I could thank the guys enough!

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

12th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We brought a house from crane and co and they really were a great team, they were amazing at always updating us and pushing on the sale when it needed to be done. We worked a lot with Danny and if it wasn’t for him I don’t think the sale would’ve happened! Everytime I phoned crane and Co up they would also pick up the phone and the whole team was very friendly and would try and answer any queries! I would definitely recommend buying and selling through this company!
26th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)Staff refused to discuss offers on a house saying WE WORK FOR SELLERS ONLY which was unpleasant. Previously JUST PROPERTY did not book in a viewing with a vendor despite confirming with me. So vendor then called out Just Property who then rang me to deny it - and caused me severe distress and upset on the phone travelling with my son on a coach with the school. it was an angry call which caused me anxiety and extremely unfair. Never going to buy or sell with JUST PROPERTY ever. What should have been a pleasant life improving experience of moving up the housing ladder turned out to be severely upsetting and something i will never forget.
