The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.
10th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.
19th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)I’m genuinely surprised I’m giving this estate agent any rating at all.<br><br>I want to start by saying that Pete was excellent. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He consistently answered all of our questions clearly and patiently, no matter how small, and made sure we always understood what was happening at each stage. He kept communication flowing both ways, regularly updating us and ensuring we were kept in the loop, which made a huge difference. When things slowed down, he reassured us and made it clear that it was out of our hands, which helped reduce a lot of the stress and uncertainty. He made what is already a stressful process feel much more manageable, and he is the only reason this review isn’t even lower.<br><br>Unfortunately, once Mark took over, the experience changed completely.<br><br>Towards the end of the purchase, I felt under constant pressure to exchange contracts immediately. It wasn’t the decision itself that felt rushed — I was always going to buy the property — but there were important final steps that needed to be completed first, including last-minute financial checks that my solicitors needed time to look into. Despite this, Mark was unwilling to wait.<br><br>Rather than offering support or explaining the situation calmly, he spoke to me in a rude, dismissive, and confrontational tone. He repeatedly made it seem as though the seller was going to pull out unless I exchanged there and then, and even went as far as saying that the vendor was a former estate agent and that if I didn’t exchange immediately, it wouldn’t make much difference to them. This felt like a clear attempt to pressure me into rushing something that required proper due diligence.<br><br>Whether that was genuinely the seller’s position or not, it felt like I was being pushed into making one of the biggest financial decisions of my life without being given the space to ensure everything was in place.<br><br>That conversation left me in tears. Buying a home should be an exciting milestone, but instead I was left feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and intimidated. No buyer should be made to feel that way.<br><br>The whole interaction came across as though the priority was getting the sale completed as quickly as possible rather than ensuring both parties were comfortable and informed. It gave the impression that getting the deal over the line was more important than providing good customer service, and it made me question whether unnecessary pressure was being used to speed up the exchange.<br><br>To make matters worse, the experience didn’t improve on completion day. After receiving a call to collect the keys, we arrived at the office expecting at least a warm welcome after months of dealing with the purchase. Instead, there was simply a single key left in an envelope on the reception desk, and we were told, “It’s there on the desk.” There was no congratulations, no greeting, no effort to make what should have been a memorable moment feel special. Mark, who had called us to collect the keys, was nowhere to be seen. It perfectly summed up the level of customer service we experienced by the end of the process.<br><br>In the end, we got the house we wanted, and that’s what matters most. However, the service we received during the final stages was genuinely terrible and added a huge amount of unnecessary stress to an already stressful process.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate agent. If it hadn’t been for Pete’s professionalism at the start, this review would have been half a star without hesitation.
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Their guy couldn’t be bothered to show up, so he simply didn’t. When I called to ask if anyone was coming as I was already at the property the guy was unfriendly about it. Waste of my time

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. Before buying this house, I had tried to purchase a property through another estate agency, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and I didn’t feel supported or helped at all.<br><br>This time, the experience was completely different. The estate agency was fantastic from start to finish, and David in particular was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but having someone like David who is genuinely helpful and supportive makes such a huge difference. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and very grateful for all his help in getting me into my new home.<br><br>Fantastic estate agency and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Firstly I like to thank Peter, Ted and Joe for being an absolutely friendly, super efficient and professional service they provided.<br>I started selling my house with another local company I was with them for 10 weeks and not one viewing. I was then recommended Peter Cuffaro from a friend and never regretted it.<br>Peter and his team are excellent from the start, from evaluation to completion.<br>Photos were very impressive (even I was tempted to buy my own house). They recommended a solicitor who they work with and have a great communication. The solicitor was also an excellent choice. The team showed people around my house with professionalism and respect to my home. Every step of the way I had good communication from them. If you asked a question they're knowledgeable with answers if they didn't know they'll find out and get back to you. Peter and his team did not just help the selling of my property they helped with the purchase of another which wasn't even in their area. Their goal was to take as much pressure of you and to make sure the transaction of both properties go through as smoothly as possible. Buying a property these days is a different concept to about 15-20 years ago, more stressful and confusing but this team helped me all the way.<br>If I could give them 6 stars I would.<br>Forget about other Estate agents in the area Peter Cuffaro is the only one to go to.
11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I've had the best experience with Pindrop Property, the main managing director showed me the property the experience was wonderful, their communication was on point throughout the whole process until the end of the completions of the sale. They were very accommodating when needed to communicate with the sellers. Overall I would definitely recommend them and I will return if I look for another property in the future.
