After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

However, we decided to give Gascoigne-Pees a try, and we're so glad we did. Roy made the entire process seamless, straightforward, and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful throughout. We couldn't believe how smooth and easy everything was compared to our previous experiences. Unparalleled local knowledge combined with many years’ experience and faultless integrity put them head and shoulders over their competitors.<br>They tick all the boxes twice over with added enthusiasm and professionalism with nothing you ask being too much trouble.<br><br>All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly but a special mention to Nina who repeatedly went out of her way to help with nothing being too much trouble for her. Chris is a true master with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area with a positive down-to-earth approach that gets thing done and quickly.<br><br>I can honestly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property whatever the size or value. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Would reply within 24 hours to any queries over email and normally call back within the hour if needed.
