From the very beginning, Dan was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned into a long and, at times, very stressful process. He was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and was consistently helpful whenever I called, no matter how many questions or queries I had. There were plenty of back and forth conversations over months, with different issues and stressful situations along the way, but Dan always remained patient, professional and approachable. He made what could have been a very difficult experience feel so much easier and was always willing to help, explain things and keep me updated. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about providing a good service, and Dan went above and beyond throughout. A huge thank you to Dan & the team for all the help — a real credit to Prospect and absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have recently let our property with Bourne and our experience so far has been very positive, particularly with Kathryne Hopkins. Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.

Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.

After having several houses fall through with other agents, they’d call me if new houses were due to come on once they knew exactly what was after (no time wasting!!) and I ended up buying a property before it came to market. Highly recommend anyone to use them if looking for a property in Maidenhead. Thank you both so much!!!!
