28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Unfortunately, my experience with Barnard Marcus has been very disappointing, to say the least. After arranging an efficient property valuation on my parents’ house three years ago for probate purposes only, following the passing of my father, I have continued to receive regular (often weekly) phone calls about selling the property. Despite explaining the situation multiple times and submitting requests via email to be removed from your contact list, the calls and voicemail messages persist to this day. This ongoing contact, especially given the circumstances, is both frustrating and insensitive. I would appreciate clarity on what further steps are required to have my details permanently removed from your system. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate this as a formal complaint, including to relevant regulatory bodies if necessary.

The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????

Right from the initial valuation through to completion, the entire team was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Zoe, who led on the sale of our property, went above and beyond to market the property effectively and kept us updated after every single viewing. Selling a house can be stressful, but Zoe's excellent communication and proactive approach with the solicitors made the whole process as seamless as possible. A fantastic service from a great team.

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage.
