12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Definitely the best letting agency we have ever had!<br>We spent 3 wonderful years in our flat and would like to say a huge thank you to Kate, Jordan and the entire Cedar team.<br><br>Throughout our tenancy, whenever we needed any repairs or maintenance, Kate always responded quickly and arranged everything without any hassle.<br><br>During our second year, we had an issue with the dishwasher. They arranged a visit straight away and, as the dishwasher was quite old, quickly decided to replace it with a brand-new one. They also offered us a much better sofa they had available when the original one was getting quite old, which we really appreciated and enjoyed!<br>The whole team was always helpful, responsive and happy to assist with anything we needed.<br>We always felt very well looked after as tenants.<br><br>Towards the end of our tenancy, they also went out of their way to help find a new tenant quickly so that we could move out earlier than planned. They didn’t have to do this, so we really appreciated their help and flexibility.<br><br>If we ever move back to the West Hampstead/Kilburn area, Cedar will definitely be the first agency we contact. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.<br><br>Thank you so much, Kate, Jordan and the whole Cedar team, for looking after us so well over the past 3 years! ??

Jaffa was absolutely amazing when she came to show us the property. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. She made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing and made the whole experience really positive. We truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. It was a pleasure meeting her, and she is a real credit to Connells. Thank you so much, Jaffa, for all your help! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property. 1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Not a good experience. We arranged a viewing and travelled there, only to be left waiting outside. The communication was not clear and calls were not answered when we were already there. The guy said he won’t be able to make it for the viewing.<br><br>I would suggest anyone arranging a viewing with them call and confirm shortly before leaving your home, even if the viewing has already been agreed, just to make sure someone is actually available. It would save a lot of unnecessary time and travelling.<br><br>Hopefully they can improve their communication and be more considerate of people’s time.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

She understood exactly what we were looking for and was especially supportive when we needed to discuss some important points with the vendor after the survey. She has a lovely personality and was always a pleasure to deal with. We’re really grateful for her help!

They are super efficient, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, they actually get things done! Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s so reassuring to know that any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>They are a real credit to the company and make the whole renting experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
