It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

He made everything so easy, and nothing was and still is not to much trouble. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL – ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY WAY Buying our first ever property is something we will remember for the rest of our lives, and thanks to Fox & Sons, that memory will be nothing but positive. From the very beginning right through to completion, Abigail, Kane, and Luckman were nothing short of outstanding. I genuinely cannot overstate how incredible they all were — this was a 10/10 experience in every sense of the word. As first?time buyers, we naturally went into the process feeling excited but also nervous, unsure of what to expect and worried about making mistakes. Every single one of those worries disappeared almost instantly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and genuine care shown by the team. From day one, they took the time to explain everything clearly, breaking things down in plain English, answering every question (no matter how small), and making us feel completely supported rather than overwhelmed. 21st Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.
10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We had a great experience using Homes Partnership. Our initial contact was with Paul Callaway when selling my mums home following her admittance to a carehome. He was so personable and professional and explained everything clearly and concisely. We had contacted him two years previously when considering selling and went back to him as we were so impressed. Paul had to facetime my mum at the carehome and he was so caring and considerate in making sure she was happy with everything regarding the sale. The house sold really quickly which is down to the advice and marketing organised by Paul. We then had Sarah Evans as our contact for the after sale process. She kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was always available to chat on the phone or answer any queries. Communication is key when dealing with Estate Agents and Homes Partnership are excellent in doing this. It made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Paul and Sarah for all your help which is very much appreciated. Carole and Family.

Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. We viewed and moved in within 10 days - highly recommend. Thanks so much Caroline!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They initially managed my flat as a rental property and were consistently professional, responsive, and proactive throughout. They made the entire letting process completely stress-free and always handled any issues quickly and efficiently. They also supported the sale of the property and I would highly reccomend them, in particular Michael, who was fab! The sales process ended up being longer and more complicated than expected, but throughout it all Michael was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring. I always felt I was in safe hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable and highly effective estate agent.

19th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Such a fantastic experience with Byron Watt at Fox & Son’s Haywards Heath. He was the first viewing we had as first time buyers! He was welcoming, warm in personality and couldn’t be more helpful on our search! I feel he went above & beyond to meet our criteria, so couldn’t recommend him enough! Another fantastic & super helpful member of staff at this branch would be Gareth Pontin! We had a free consultation with Gareth, who explained every single detail in the buying process which was so helpful being new to this. He is so responsive on emails, providing advice and support at the drop of a hat for houses with any estate agent. I would highly recommend him as a broker, we feel he has our best interests at heart! A really positive experience with this branch!
