22nd Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)We had a very positive experience with the Sevenoaks Savills team throughout both our recent purchase and sale. From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.

David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.

On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. Their market knowledge, guidance and dedication helped us secure the right purchaser and navigate the transaction smoothly. They were always available to provide advice, reassurance and updates, and their professionalism gave us confidence throughout what can often be a stressful process.

What stood out most was the team's commitment to delivering excellent customer service. They were approachable, responsive and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for all parties involved. The combination of expertise, communication and determination demonstrated by everyone we worked with was exceptional.

We would have no hesitation in recommending the Sevenoaks Savills team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. This was another truly professional performance from a highly capable and dedicated team, and we are extremely grateful for all of their support and hard work.
19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Grant and Nicola have both been incredibly helpful, friendly and informative throughout the entire process of purchasing my first property. They always replied to every email and phone call promptly and with good advice. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to both of you!
20th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Elliot and Rosie are a dream to work with
19th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Move Revolution were incredible in helping me sell my house. They took great photos and organised a small number of viewings at convenient times, and I accepted an offer within a week of going on market. The sales progression team were super attentive, supportive and communicative throughout the process of the sale, taking the stress out of moving. Thank you!
8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
26th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We have been very happy with the service provided by Simon, Russell and the team. They have communicated well and have always been ready to answer our queries. We can highly recommend Holroyd Homes Haywards Heath.
9th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I’ve had a really great experience with James Dean Estate Agents, especially Grace. She has been so lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, was always happy to help, and kept me reassured along the way. It’s been a pleasure dealing with her, and I really appreciate all her help and support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property. Thank you Grace, for making the experience such a positive one! ??????
??????????
Garnham H Bewley - East Grinstead

16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.
26th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket
15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We didn't sell, had hardly any viewings. They said the market was bad at the moment which may have been the case, but it was more the lack of communication that made us decide to try someone else.
21st Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Ben and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout - they helped us find a home and were like friends to us throughout - highly
Recommend

26th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We recently sold our home through homes partnership. From the initial valuation and meeting with Paul we were very impressed. The photographs, 3D tour and write up were great they secured us an offer in a quick time frame. Such a friendly and positive team to communicate with. They were easily contactable and quick to get back to us if we missed each other. Sarah was amazing throughout the sale process. Nothing was too much trouble and she was super quick in resolving and chasing things for us. We had a fab experience and would recommend homes partnership if you are considering selling your property. Thank you Paul and Sarah
20th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Matt and the team at Mansell’s were outstanding throughout our house sale and purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Matt went above and beyond at every stage to help get everything through to completion. It was a complicated process, but the team handled it with real care, professionalism and thoughtfulness. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.- 12th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Huge thanks to Chloe Deboick, the letting negotiator we dealt with. Having not rented in years, she was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend!
30th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)The best choice we ever made, to sell our mum’s home. The communication was prompt, personable and above all kind. The whole team should be proud of their professional business. Thank you xxx
12th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Much thanks to the Platform Property Oxted team for all their help on the purchase of my first house. We completed in a few months and they were super attentive through the process. Highly recommend.
25th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We recently bought our first home from Jonathan Mowday and couldn't recommend him highly enough! Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.

Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.
12th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We sold our house through Andrews Horley. Nancy, Steve and Tia organised and conducted the viewings. They always communicated with us to ensure it wasn't inconvenient. We received text messages with confirmation and reminders. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole process. Nancy was very proactive with chasing the solicitors and monitoring progress of our sale. She checked regularly on our purchase to ensure everything was progressing too. She was in regular contact with our buyers to let them know what was happening. Conor in Reigate also liaised with the solicitors while Nancy was away and he helped to keep things moving towards the end when solicitors were dragging their heels. From start to finish the Horley branch showed great customer support.

16th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Since we moved to Wallington with the help of Kenyons, the service has been excellent throughout our 8 years there. They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.
26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ella was so helpful throughout the process and we were in within a week of viewing. Highly recommend
