9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I recently completed on a house purchase that took around five months, and overall I found Onkar and Simon reassuring and helpful throughout the process.<br><br>My job often means I’m unable to answer calls immediately, but I never had any issue returning calls when I was able to, or communicating via email. Calls were generally the quicker option, but it was reassuring to have email as an alternative when needed.<br><br>There were quite a few issues during the purchase that were clearly outside the estate agent’s control, and these understandably created some confusion along the way. Despite this, I found both Onkar and Simon to be fairly reassuring throughout. One particular example was when a chain unexpectedly appeared where there hadn't been one previously. Onkar, despite having only just returned from leave, went out of his way to try to establish what had happened and why.<br><br>As this was my first purchase, having people who were willing to help clarify things and provide some reassurance was particularly appreciated. I can’t really comment on their service from a seller’s perspective, as my interaction with them was naturally limited to the buying side, but based on my experience, I can’t fault them too much and would be happy to recommend them.

He is incredibly professional, thoughtful and considerate, and genuinely takes the time to understand what his clients are looking for.<br><br>He was very patient, attentive to detail and always happy to explain everything clearly. All the properties he recommended were lovely and carefully selected, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Joseph is genuinely one of the most helpful and considerate estate agents I’ve come across. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property. Thank you so much, Joseph!

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

Unlike other estate agencies who I engaged with, Highcastle estates did their best to make you feel valued and supported during the process. Moreover, so far on the management side of the tenancy they have resolved any issues promptly and effectively. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We ended up signing a contract for another place, but the support we received from Madison and John was so good; they were easy to reach, communicative; they answere all our questions quickly and in a very helpful way. My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Thank you also to Jamie for making me feel welcome from the outset and giving me confidence that I’d chosen the right estate agents.<br><br>I really appreciate everyone’s efforts in getting the sale over the line. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
