She also help me throughout the process of Conveyancing and mortgage . She make it easier and less stressful. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. I would definitely recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a property and appreciate the excellent service she provided.
19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.

At times, I felt completely dismayed and frustrated due to how poorly I was treated by another company, but Kelly and Eddie went out of their way to call, check in on my wellbeing, and give me the reassurance and peace of mind I desperately needed when I wasn't sure what was going to happen.<br><br>They are truly solution-driven professionals. When obstacles arose with my property, they provided alternative options and directed me to the right people who could support me even better. I couldn't have asked for better representatives—I always felt like their top priority, and they never missed a single call or email.<br><br>For anyone currently on their house-hunting journey, do not hesitate to contact Langford Russell and ask specifically for Kelly and Eddie. They are genuinely heaven sent. I am in awe of the constant professionalism and deep care they displayed from start to finish. They have made my dream a reality, and my son and I now have a house we can truly call home. We spoke to four different estate agents in the area, and it was clear from our first meeting that Stanfords’ service was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. Throughout the process of selling our flat, both Alex and Grace were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were extremely quick and thorough with all communication. If you’re considering selling a property in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Linda the lady who was our 1st experience with the company was lovely not pushy and gave us a realistic valuation on our property. The sale went as smoothly as it could and within our expected time frame. When an issue came up on our side of the sale they were very patient with us which I appreciated. Fiona and Michelle are the ladies that I had all my contact with and nothing was any trouble for them! They kept me well updated and was in regular contact. I would 100% recommend The Address to anyone I know selling their home! Thank you so much for making the sale of our home go as well as it could!

We rented our first home together through Martin and Co, and had a wonderful experience with the whole team - notably Annabel and James.<br><br>Renting for the first time can be nerve wracking, and we’d heard all the horror stories about unresponsive managing agents and other issues, but you’ll get none of that with Martin and Co. We stayed in the same property for three years, and this was largely due to the peace of mind we had from our interactions with the team.<br><br>Always quick to respond to any queries we have, and incredibly helpful through any rare teething issues with the flat. The team really care about their tenants and the properties they manage and it shows.

As a first time buyer things can get stressful but they both made sure I was well looked after from start to finish! 21st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)An estate agent that actually puts the legwork into selling your property, and are very, very good at it. Having had an underwhelming experience with a national agency they were in night and day in their approach thanks to Graham and Michaela. Frank advice about what I needed to do before my flat was listed. Brilliant marketing materials and stunning photography. I admit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell then(!) but they attracted serious viewings and I got an offer I couldn't refuse a week after my property was listed which I wasn't expecting in this market. Michaela then stayed on side throughout the flat sale, checking things were moving, liaising on questions and offering support (and reassurance!). All the way to completion. These guys know the market and don't take their clients for granted. If you're lucky enough to be selling in their catchment area, I don't know why you'd use anybody else. Totally earned their (very reasonable) commission.

Consistent updates and honest and transparent throughout to help make the transaction as smooth as possible.
