9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I recently completed on a house purchase that took around five months, and overall I found Onkar and Simon reassuring and helpful throughout the process.<br><br>My job often means I’m unable to answer calls immediately, but I never had any issue returning calls when I was able to, or communicating via email. Calls were generally the quicker option, but it was reassuring to have email as an alternative when needed.<br><br>There were quite a few issues during the purchase that were clearly outside the estate agent’s control, and these understandably created some confusion along the way. Despite this, I found both Onkar and Simon to be fairly reassuring throughout. One particular example was when a chain unexpectedly appeared where there hadn't been one previously. Onkar, despite having only just returned from leave, went out of his way to try to establish what had happened and why.<br><br>As this was my first purchase, having people who were willing to help clarify things and provide some reassurance was particularly appreciated. I can’t really comment on their service from a seller’s perspective, as my interaction with them was naturally limited to the buying side, but based on my experience, I can’t fault them too much and would be happy to recommend them.

Out of the two properties I viewed, one had candles lit in everywhere while the other had none. Furthermore, when I requested a detailed breakdown of the EPC report, they simply handed me a printed copy of the online brochure I had already seen.

He is incredibly professional, thoughtful and considerate, and genuinely takes the time to understand what his clients are looking for.<br><br>He was very patient, attentive to detail and always happy to explain everything clearly. Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

17th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)My experience started off really well when I first moved in, and everything seemed smooth. Unfortunately, as time went on, several problems began to arise.<br><br>We had no Wi-Fi for almost two months, there was a rat infestation, and the air vent in the property never actually worked and seemed to be there purely for display. These issues made the experience increasingly frustrating.<br><br>When I eventually decided to move out, the staff helped with the process. Before paying for the final month, I specifically asked whether I would receive my money back for the days I would not be living there, and I was told that I would. I moved out only two days after the rent was due, yet I was only refunded around half of what I had paid.<br><br>I have now been trying to resolve this for around four months. I have called the office regularly, sometimes around four times a week, but I repeatedly get told that “Charles isn’t in the office.” Unfortunately, this has become extremely frustrating because I still have not received a proper explanation or resolution.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. 16th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
