Martin Lynch & Sons selling poor quality Cushcraft/MFJ products: Bought an antenna for £700 and on assembly it was found to have a number of poor quality control issues; ordered antenna and waited 5 weeks for delivery, parcel arrived poorly packaged fixed only at top and bottom of long cardboard box - it was possible to reach inside to the contents, so it came as little surprise that parts were missing. Martin Lynch & Sons had to contact MFJ to get the missing parts and again as the parts sent were not correct and had to be sent again; listed below are some of the issues: 1. Holes are not drilled in correct position on some of the elements, and holes not drilled correctly on U bolt mount clamp causing the element to be off-square with the boom. There are a lot of differences in the holes from bracket to bracket, these clearly have not been made up in a jig and appear to have been drilled haphazardly. 2. On working out the mounting bracket for the mast, it was supposed to be positioned 7 feet away from the reflector, but the distance between the reflector and the driven element is also 7 feet, this is a mis-print in the instructions and as such I do not know the correct position for the mast mounting. On fixing the driven element at 7 feet, there is a double layer of pipe so a larger U bolt should have been supplied which was not, and is not shown in the instructions. So the U bolt supplied had to be bent to make it fit with the downside being that it is not seated properly on the boom. 3. It is not possible to obtain a gap of 5 and three quarter inches between the loading traps as stated in the instructions as the ends of the traps touch when fitted, and would need to be cut in order to create the correct spacing. Well this antenna is still in the box and not fit for purpose , it was ML&S who sold me this rubbish and as the retailer you are responsable for the products you sell, i have since purchased another antenna for less with better build quality. There was no reply to email sent to ML&S about these issues.... Read more

I have been using Move Inn Estates for 3 years on two of my properties in the Hounslow area. I have been grateful for the advice and help they have been able to give me over renting my properties. They were incredibly professional and the staff working there having been actively trying to achieve the best for myself. Recently, I incurred a terrible set of tenants and Move Inn Estates have been incredibly proactive in helping me to sort out the issues which I experienced. It was a pleasure to work with them given how smooth they made the process.... Read more

Tried to arrange viewing a property. They called me to ensure I would still be attending early in the morning, then sent a reminder email....then they cancelled the viewing 45 minutes before 'due to staff shortages'. If this is how they arrange viewings, I'd hate to think how they manage properties!... Read more

Jessie Drysdale.
They will let a property next to you to tenants with antisocial behaviour issues, and overcrowd it ( 8 people living in a 3 bedroom house) they will then tell you "with the best will in the world the number of tenants cant be controlled" ermmmmmm. Contracts? Property management??? Not difficult is it. They ignore pleas for help and emails and will devalue any property next door!!!! Police are constantly here and I am not calling them out... shows how dangerous these people are. Warning if you see a SJ Smith board go up next door, this is bad news for home owners!!! My life has been a living hell for the last year because of them!!!!!! I can hear the tenants in your property smashing the doors and floor right now. They do it constantly, I hope they wreck it then you might bother to do a background check on tenants next time. Classic greedy dismissant estate agents!!!... Read more

Mulberry's have been described in other reviews as the "pirates of Egham estate agents", and this is light criticism to say the least. They don't care about their customers at all frankly. We would never be told if and when their would be people coming to look at the house, so we would often be woken by the estate agents showing up as and when it suited them without letting us know. At one point the woman showing perspective tenants around the house stopped to ask who I was, and who the other 5 people living in the house at the time were. This really shows how little they care about their customers - they literally don't know who is living in the houses they rent. They also would open rooms in the house to show people the rooms, and then not lock them afterwards, meaning anyone could just go into their rooms (many of these tenants were away on holidays, and had no way to check their rooms). The building that I stayed in, as well as other examples of Mulberry housing that I have seen, are dilapidated at best, complete with mouldy walls and broken fixtures all round. Another Google reviewee wondered how it was possible for an estate agency as dire as Mulberry's manages to stay open, and I would have to say that the only reason that they are able to continue operating without going bust is that they rent to RHUL students, who will only be living in the house for a year, and who often will not know how to handle cowboy estate agencies. It is also worth mentioning that Mulberry's will try to load as many property costs (that would with any other agency be the responsibility of the agency itself), such as maintaining the gardens, etc. onto the tenants. The garden of the house itself was overgrown and looked more like the parking lot of an abandoned Detroit factory than a garden. The ivy growth was so thick on the fence it was literally pulling it over. The neighbour came over and explained that he had had to remove the ivy in the past, without any recompense for his work, and that after not being able to get them to clear up the garden again that he would have to do it again. They will also charge you between £500 to £700 at the end of your yearly contract to have the house "professionally cleaned" by a sister company (they will charge you this regardless of wether you leave the house in the condition it was when you entered it or not). There are some nice properties to rent in Egham, and I truly pity anyone unfortunate enough to have signed one of their contracts. Take my advice - avoid Mulberry's like the plague.... Read more
