They kept us updated regularly and followed up on everything until the sale was completed.<br><br>Brook, Richard and Evan were highly professional throughout the entire process. Evan and Richard handled a very complicated issue during the sale with professionalism and expertise, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.<br><br>We bought and sold our house through Barnard and Marcus, and on both occasions their service was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me

The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns I had were always dealt with promptly and professionally. Selling a property can be stressful, but Aspen made the whole experience feel smooth and well managed. A huge thank you to the entire Aspen Ashford team – Alex, Bradley, Clayton, Caitlyn and Leo. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. A special thank you to Bradley, who was exceptional throughout the process. His professionalism, patience, expertise and support made a real difference. John McLaughlin and Katie Adams have both been incredibly cooperative and supportive throughout the process. Their system is also fully automated, which makes everything easier.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Paul is clearly at the top of his game and if it wasn't for him, we would have abandoned the idea of moving altogether. Paul knows Windlesham and all of the local area so well, he will give you good supportive advice and make it happen for you - thank you Newton Rowe.
2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.

9th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.

Viewings were arranged in an efficient manner, causing minimal disruption to our young family, and there was a constant endeavour to go above and beyond. Particular shoutout to Dean and Harvey. Would wholeheartedly recommend Tom Ashwood to anyone seeking to sell their property!
