14th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Hamptons have been absolutely fantastic. We have just got the keys to our new home and through the whole process Hamptons, and particularly Jan M, have been amazing. Jan has been our point of reference from our first viewing all the way to getting the keys and we could not have asked more from her. She replies to emails quickly and if she doesn’t know the answers then she gets the answers asap. When viewing properties, Jan took the time to get to know us and really understand what we are looking for in our new home. Instead of just sending over loads of listings that don’t resemble what we’re looking for (as some estate agents do), she made sure that she was contacting us with genuinely great properties that meet our specification and budget. Finding something that my partner approves of has been a mission, but Jans perseverance and patience has meant we achieved it! In future years, when it’s time to move on from this property, we will definitely be using Hamptons and specifically Jan again. After the past few months working with Jan, we consider her more of a friend now than just an agent who sold us a house once.<br><br>Having had an awful experience with another estate agency in Windsor, just down the road with yellow branding, it was so refreshing to have an experience that was genuinely fantastic. Hamptons are the only Estate Agents that I would trust with my property. A massive thank you to Jan and all the team for everything you have done for us… until next time!

Called to book a viewing for a property and the way he spoke was not nice, he spoke some sort of urgency and didn’t even properly listen to my query. I could not even book a viewing to see a property because my deposit wasn't a “high deposit”. Do you only allow people to view a property based in their deposit?? Awful customer service
14th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Proactive sales service from instruction to offer accepted. Company's sales progression could benefit from fine-tuning. This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

Joe showed me around some properties and assisted me in all the in's and out's of looking to buy a property. He is such a warm, friendly and helpful guy, and made things so easy for me, always going above and beyond to answer any of my questions and made me feel totally at ease and looked after during the whole process. Really impressed! Thank you so much! ??????

He kept us updated throughout and was really patient when things got a bit difficult. We really appreciate all his hard work and would happily recommend him to anyone selling their home.

28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)A great experience with Stamfords. I had an awkward property that was difficult to market, subject to probate, and beset with delays. Through all the ups and downs they never faltered. Communication was excellent, they never broke a promise and finally got it to the finish line - when many other agents would have dropped it as too much hard work. I will always appreciate the care and attention that helped me through the most difficult times.

Pete was professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. He took the time to explain the current market, gave us clear and honest advice about our property, and talked us through the best way to achieve a successful sale without putting any pressure on us. We came away feeling confident that Pete really understands the local market and genuinely has our best interests at heart. His advice was straightforward, realistic and reassuring, which made the decision much easier for us. For those reasons, we’ve decided to choose Pete and S J Smith to sell our home. We feel we’ll be in very capable hands and would happily recommend Pete to anyone thinking of selling their property.

It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

Everything was handled quickly and they kept me updated whenever needed. No issues at all and the whole process was pretty smooth. Would definitely recommend them.

18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Fantastic estate agents. They were helpful, professional, and sold the house quickly and as pain free as possible. I would like to individually name many of the staff , however the two that stood out were Mark (who runs the agency) and Alan Hackland. Mark was clear and friendly. He has lived in the area, so has local knowledge. He was honest and open throughout the process. Alan Hackland (Sales progressor) was outstanding . He communicated with everyone clearly throughout the process and always went above and beyond. He made a stressful process as easy as it could possibly be. I was recommended them by a friend and I would also recommend them .

After 2 failed processes with different estate agents, Tom Ashwood and co really helped us and allowed our husband and I to get our keys within 3 months!
