She was consistently positive, efficient, organised, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise beyond anyone’s control, but she handled everything with calm confidence and kept the process moving as smoothly as possible at every stage. Her communication was excellent — she set clear and timely guidelines, kept everyone informed, and was always thorough in answering questions or following things up promptly. What really stood out was how engaging and approachable she was; always smiley, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping things progress smoothly. Although she was acting on behalf of the seller, we truly felt we couldn’t have been in better hands ourselves. She acted as an outstanding intermediary between all parties and made what could have been a very difficult process feel manageable and well organised from start to finish. 27th May 2026 (17 days ago)Yes Mr Harvey, you sent me a disclaimer with no acknowledgement or evidence. With the Renter's Rights Bill upon us, you need an agency that does comprehensive checks and has your back. Be aware this agency does neither and isn't a member of Arla/NAEA, which makes it harder to complain about their backhanded business tactics. Open Rent and Spare Room are low cost and allow you to do as much as you need to cover yourself and your tenant and cut out the middle man. If you need management, find an Arla/NAEA regulated agency with a support network especially for maintenance. Oasis is one small office, so they don't have the people or the back up.

He was attentive, easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to make adjustments to the apartment and ensure everything was sorted properly before we moved in. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we’re very pleased with the apartment.

10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

Kevin was proactive, responsive, and consistently chased every party in the chain: buyers, solicitors, and surveyors alike. When a drain survey issue came up, he handled the negotiation cleanly and got a fair outcome for everyone. We genuinely felt we had someone on our side. Highly recommended.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.
10th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

They property management team outstanding as well, every issue we've had at the property has been solved quickly, professionally and fairly. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares, does not overcharge and always treats people with respect. Nowdays in the UK, it's rare to find companies that still deliver this level of service and integrity. They also found the perfect tenant for my property, honestly better than I could have hoped for. The entire process of renting out my property was seamless with her updating me regularly and the quality of tenants she brought to me was most definitely much better than my experiences with other agents in the local area.
