21st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Very unpleasant conversion trying to arranged viewing.<br>I try to make apoitment to view property in West Byfleet. Have conversion with Lucas Davies.<br>Beed pushed to get appointment with they college for mortgage. I try to explain as is all arranged and no need to do that. However he arranged appointment which I cancelled next day. Then Lucas call. Conversion it was very unpleasant to the point as I have to cancel viewings despite having £200.000 deposit and sufficient mortgage. House was going for £555.000<br>More interested in third party business that own workplace.<br>I would strongly recommend to avoid them.

His guidance throughout the rental process and in particular regarding the Renter’s Rights Act, was clear, thorough, and reassuring.<br><br>He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

From start to finish, everyone was incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely cared about helping us through what can be a stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to David, who first showed us the property and was friendly and knowledgeable. Michael went above and beyond to help get our offer over the line, patiently answering our endless questions (even late into the evenings!) and always taking the time to reassure us when we were feeling anxious. And thank you to Duncan, who was consistently transparent, proactive and communicative throughout the sale. He kept us updated, chased our solicitor when needed and helped keep everything moving.<br><br>Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but the team made the whole experience so much smoother. 10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Within 2 weeks, Mark found me a serious buyer and within 9 weeks we exchanged contracts. Everyone was so responsive and worked hard to push things through quickly. I wish I went with them in the first place! Could not have asked for more.
