16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have just made a huge move for me personally in my retirement. I was lucky to have Lucy from the Hampstead branch dealing with my very specific needs and criteria. When I met her at the property I was struck by how friendly and approachable she was as well as very informed about the property. She guided me through the whole process in a professional yet friendly way and was alway in contact about the process and easy to contact when I had questions. I would highly recommend Hamptons and if you're lucky enough to get Lucy helping you in your search you will find your ideal new home! I have and I could not be happier! Thank you!!
15th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them. They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer. We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally

23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

He identified me as a serious buyer and convinced the vendor to stick with me throughout the ordeal. 7 stars from me!

The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. 11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.
18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!

4th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)BE CAREFUL! As a tenant this company are a nightmare, they don't care for you at all. So slow to respond to queries, unprofessional and misleading. When we first moved in the flat was in a complete mess - dust, grit, mould, hair and even used underwear hiding underneath the kitchen sink. They insisted a professional clean had taken place which was obviously a lie, on moving out of the property we cleaned to professional standard and have been footed with a large bill, including random over-priced costs. Several problems with our property during our stay which they were slow to respond to including the balcony having a massive and dangerous hole in it which caused leaks into the downstairs neighbour, and meant we couldn't use during the hot weather, they were so slow to get someone in for this and when they did he did a bodge job that will rot in a couple years time, made a complete mess of our flat and the communal area in the process. Never responded to our requests to fix the window that had rotted. Unorganised - when showing the properties to other tenants they had the wrong keys with them so I came round to let them in, also didn't communicate clearly on when viewings were cancelled so had me waiting at home when nobody arrived. It's so common to have useless agencies, but we now are with a lovely company who really care for us, are quick and reasonable - it does exist!

Since I was a first time buyer, there were multiple things I was unsure about, and he helped make most of it very clear. I would highly recommend him to any future buyers!

12th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Jack was so patient with all the delays, chased the solicitors and buyers when we were losing the will, and kept us sane. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. Really appreciate everything!
