Managed to sell our house within a week and had a number of viewing and a quality offer. I would going forward only use Douglas Allen. 10* service. 100% recommended.

She was super helpful when answering all my questions and was really responsive during the application process. She made time for viewings out of hours and made sure she was flexible to work around my work schedule, which isn’t often the case with other agents. 1st Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Very bad experience with this agency. I strongly don't recommend them. I had a viewing, i submitted the offer as the agent adviced me i should hurry and secure the property and they did not send the offer to the landlord. After this they wouldn't answer to my calls or my text messages. Very unprofessional!

Chris was able to give me the most amazing advice of which I am putting into play as of now. He told me his honest opinion even if this meant not good news for myself, of which I truly admire. In the near or distant future I will only be using Chris. Never have I met a gentleman that was so helpful. I’ve realised that there are some very poor estate agents out there. Many Many thanks Chris your awesome!!! However- 18th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Garry has been awesome to deal with on what has been a non trivial property sale due to a death where the family are geographically remote. Garry has gone way beyond what you'd expect to help prepare the property for sale and the team did a great job with viewings.

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
5th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++
