From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

Luke handled everything from viewings, to tips, to the marketing and on going communication. Luke is a real people’s person who’s professional but approachable always. Luke was able to get me more for my property than rival agents valued it at and it was a smooth interaction throughout. Very grateful and happy, would recommend the agency and Luke to anyone thinking to buy/sell in the area. I’ve sold and purchased properties before and this was my best experience. Thank you.
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)As a buyer I'd had a great experience with Bairstow Eves East Ham a few years ago, so when I decided to sell the house it made sense to go back to them. It was definitely the right decision. Communication with David and Maria was very smooth and I always felt in the loop. I've never actually sold a property before, and was a bit intimidated by the idea initially, but thanks to Maria and David's efforts I was always pretty confident that it was all going to be okay. Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving. We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all for your hard work, we’re so happy to now be settling into our new home!

Libby kept me well informed at every stage of the process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I’d highly recommend her and Bairstow Eves to anyone buying a property, especially first-time buyers.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

Although I was not a direct user of their agency for my sale, both Faye and Mandy were instrumental in managing the chain and the sales process for their buyer and was in contact with me throughout as the seller. If you are looking for an honest friendly agency that are dedicated to delivering outcomes in the London/Havering area I would look no further than Chalk Street Estates.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
