4th May 2026 (3 days ago)Paul Graham have been professional and thorough throughout the entire process. The team sold us our house so it wasn't hard to go to them to sell it 7 years later. The team kept us informed throughout and offered amazing advise. Greg, Ronnie and Jackie were fantastic and wouldn't urge anyone wanting to market their property to get the A team at Paul Graham Wallington.

25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

14th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)10/10 would recommend! Wendy, Tina, Ashley and the team at Maguire Baylis have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of buying my first home! I can not recommend Macquire Baylis enough, and they have made the process as smooth as it can be. I endeavoured a lot of challenges with solicitors but the team at Maguire Baylis went above and beyond, explaining things my solicitor failed to explain, and helping progress the purchase from start to end, persevering despite the challenges and getting us to complete. I can not thank them enough!

Sophie from the Locksbottom branch was outstanding - always quick to respond, incredibly dedicated, and kept us informed at every stage. Her communication made a real difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process. A shout out to Oliver as well, who demonstrated great knowledge throughout the process from start to finish. 16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.

He instantly could feel what we loved about our property and hence what other potential buyers will be drawn to as well. I cannot recommend Daniel Adams enough, a really great local agent.

6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
