She went above and beyond for us during a really difficult time in our personal lives, showing genuine understanding of our situation and what we needed as tenants. She didn’t just listen, she actively advocated for us, which made a huge difference. Whenever issues came up, she was always available to talk things through and offer support. That level of care and responsiveness is rare. It was refreshing to deal with someone who didn’t feel like a “typical” estate agent, but instead treated us like people, not just tenants. Also worth mentioning, the Acorn and Crofton Park branches offer free children’s books, which is a lovely touch for families. Definitely recommend Jennifer at this Acorn brunch.

Advice on preparation of my property from the manager Stuart, for best rental outcome was excellent and their commitment to managing my property smoothly afterwards is outstanding. Jay, in charge of the rental side, is always on her toes, and is up-to-date with all changes in government regulations and how to comply with them on my behalf. Very approachable and helpful at all times. Pauline who runs this firm is a most genuine professional, who stood in the winter rain to wait for the locksmith after working hours. I appreciate her long years of experience for guidance on housing matters. I highly recommend anyone to use this company for their housing needs.

Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH. Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement. Thank you KFH team!

He takes proactive actions, goes above and beyond in dealing with all queries and instructions. He is brilliant in communicating updates promptly. Also kudos to Kier and all the team members in the branch for all their continued professionalism and hard work. Not forgetting Andy James who also deserves a massive credit for managing a brilliant team in the background. 24th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I found a property to purchase being marketed by Chattertons Estate Agents. My initial viewing was hosted by Jen who was extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. After that, subsequent viewings were conducted by the fantastic branch manager, Doug Paterson. This sale/purchase was complicated by the fact that the elderly owner had gone into care and the sale being managed by her disabled son who was a long distance away. Doug had to act as liaison and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for him, from recommending an excellent firm of solicitors who, with Doug’s input, were able to expedite the process to completion in 5 week, fantastic! There is no way I could praise the team at Chattertons, particularly Doug, any higher and have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

Every question, viewing and phone call was sorted quickly, which gave us confidence throughout the whole process. The house buying process was smooth and we believe she was a huge part of that. Thanks?? we would recommend this agency to friends/family.

20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.

Amelia, was incredibly helpful throughout the viewing and application process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Since moving in, our property manager, Chloe Burgess, has been absolutely amazing- responsive, supportive, and genuinely proactive in making sure everything is running well. Overall, we have had a great experience and feel very well looked after.
