13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Wasted my time, I was interested in one of their properties and tried to arrange a viewing. I made the mistake of agreeing to multiple viewings as well and thought it would be good to see what was in my price range. Five viewings where arranged and after the first which was out of my budget and not really what I was looking for I was informed the rest where cancelled. These viewings were all arranged more than a week in advance. Utterly incompetent. As someone who works with a blue chip retailer who regularly looks at their leases for property, I was especially disappointed their residential service is so poor.
8th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Had a very good experience with Barnard Marcus, one of the letting agents Kate was very friendly and efficient in sorting out a house myself and my house mates wanted. She made the process much easier for myself and my housemates, and was always on hand to answer any questions. Would highly recommend using both Kate and the company.

4th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I couldn't recommend KFH in Southfields more highly. From the initial meeting for a valuation (for rental and sales) Jay and his team have gone above and beyond to provide assistance, without being at all pushy, which I have experienced at other places. They were extremely informative, proving a lot of information I could take away and review about the local area, similar properties they had sold and let, and how the market is. Throughout the renovation of the flat prior to putting it on the market, they were so helpful in offering advice, and even went to the property to ensure everything was cleared after the builders were there so it was completely ready for the new tenants to move in. The entire process from start to finish has been run extremely professionally and went so smoothly - they are an exemplary team! Thanks also to Keith and Grace who have provided continued support when we have been out of London, but still managed to ensure all the paperwork was sorted for us. A huge thank you!

This was my first time buying a flat and I felt naturally a bit confused at the whole thing, but James was there each step as I needed him to help me through the process. I could not recommend James enough if you want a high quality, professional and seamless process when you are buying a property. Thanks again James - you were fantastic!
8th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Engaged with Thomas Kear to help with the conveyancing for a purchase on my new property and he was very helpful by suggesting simply. Once I was working with the chosen solicitor he stayed in touch throughout the process to help hurry them along to ensure it made it to completion. Wouldn’t of got in before the stamp duty deadline if it wasn’t for his help.

They gave me excellent advice, kept me up to date on all viewings and Christiaan even got me an above asking offer all in the space of a week. Lauren in particular was super helpful and kept me in the loop constantly throughout the bidding process and the moving in process as well! She was great and I would highly recommend the agency

I had a small amount of time in which to find a property and he made some great recommendations for me to consider and view. So much so, within 10 minutes of viewing one place, I knew the property was what I had been looking for. Nathan has been so helpful, efficient and communicative throughout. Now we just need the rest of the legal process to go as smoothly! Thanks Nathan.

Francis is diligent and highly experienced, enabling him to eliminate problems before they arise, thus taking away the usual stresses and strains that comes with buying and selling your home.
25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)The worst letting agency I’ve had the displeasure of being involved with. Not sure what the management fee went toward but it certainly wasn’t management. Avoid at all costs. There are multiple other letting agents to chose from in the area

17th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!
