She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. When I met her at the property I was struck by how friendly and approachable she was as well as very informed about the property. She guided me through the whole process in a professional yet friendly way and was alway in contact about the process and easy to contact when I had questions. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I would not have purchased my property without the encouragement, help and huge support from them. Use them when you can.

5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
