From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

Quick response times whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Any issues that have come up have been dealt with promptly and resolved in a timely manner. 24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Horrible experience with this office. They sent an electrician (First Place Electrical Services Ltd) to check electricity (when we were out of country) at end tenancy. Electrician left heating/boiler on and we were away that entire month (December) so incurred a huge bill (we sent proof of usage when electrician went in flat vs normal usage, and tickets that we were out of country). Hamptons and the electrician ignored us; completely unprofessional and unethical. Will be reporting to authorities and Ombudsman. A shame as the service from Federica from this office to find another tenancy was excellent (and was checking in on this matter). Rest of the office had a "dont care / you cannot do anything about it" approach on our matter.
15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Chelsea Odunlami who is a Property Manager at Stirling Ackroyd's London Bridge branch has always impressed me with her total professionalism and clear no-nonsense approach to addressing each and every query and concern that arises. She will always voluntarily put in the extra effort in explaining matters via e-mail and phone calls and I would thoroughly recommend her and the team and her branch in managing tenanted properties.
20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Scott at RHW Estate was honestly great helping me and my friends move into our new flat on Finchley Road. He was always really quick to reply and answered all our questions clearly, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. He was super accommodating with viewings too, arranging a few different times so we could all make it work around our schedules. He also chased things up with the landlord and got back to us quickly whenever we had any requests or wanted changes. When we moved in, the flat was really clean and the inventory was clearly done—they made sure we were happy with everything before settling in. He even helped us sort out utilities, which we really appreciated. What stood out is that they’re just the letting agents, not even the managing agents, but Scott still went above and beyond for us. Overall just a really great service—would definitely recommend.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

Sometimes you meet someone who is genuinely kind, sincere, and refreshingly human in a way that is all too rare and Paul is exactly that. He has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, always checking in, accommodating short-notice visits so I could measure up, and consistently going above and beyond. His support throughout the process has meant a great deal. Buying our home through Paul has been an emotional journey, and he has handled it with real care and heart. During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. 31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dreadful company: the Lettings manager, Mubeen, was so charming when he wanted the listing, but, once he got it, he then proved inefficient and uninterested. The company has a revolving door of young, inexperienced people, so landlords don’t know who to contact, even during a let. We had to sort out all the problems ourselves and keep in contact with the tenants, as, like us, they couldn’t never get through to the assigned agent, who was changed the day after arrival anyway. Mubeen and his team are masters in ghosting clients and payments were late. We had damage we reported with photos, but never heard back from Foxton’s. Awful, unprofessional company. Most importantly he always kept me in the loop so I never felt like I was left in the dark. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences.
