11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 15th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)We had a wonderful experience buying our first home, with the guidance from the wonderful Melissa. He was super professional, efficient, proactive, ever cheerful, positive and friendly. He found tenants for the flat very quickly at a good rental value and he was always quick to respond to my email, calls and queries.
