The team were consistently supportive, responsive and attentive, and communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>I would particularly like to recognise Georgia Gunson, who was personally involved in supporting us throughout the process. Georgia was incredibly helpful, approachable and responsive, always taking the time to answer our questions and keep us updated. Moving home can be a stressful experience, but having someone who was attentive and genuinely invested in helping things progress made such a difference.<br><br>We really appreciated the level of service Georgia provided and the support from the wider team. I would happily recommend the agency to anyone looking for a professional, communicative and supportive service.<br><br>A special thank you to Georgia Gunson for all of your help , it was genuinely appreciated.

They were always up front and transparent about everyyhing, as well as knowledgeable, reassuring and empathetic. We truly felt like they had our back the whole way, providing a personal touch that we felt was missing at other agencies. The service they gave us is a perfect example of why using small, local businesses is not only the right thing to do ethically, it is the best thing to do for your own peace of mind throughout what is a stressful process. 7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.- 11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Everyone who’s tried to rent or buy a property in London knows there are some real nightmare agents out there… Carley Taylor is not one of them! We had a last minute issue crop up in our sale the week we were due to exchange, and she went absolutely above and beyond in coordinating and communicating between ourselves, our buyers, surveyors, building management, etc - what a star. There is no doubt in my mind this process would’ve been far more painful without her great work ethic and relentless approach to getting our sale over the finish line. We are also grateful to Gabor Szucsik, who, after we had two offers fall through, was incredibly speedy in lining up more viewings and getting our flat sold on the third offer. The team has done some really solid work and we’re happy we went with them in the end.
