11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 1st Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We had a drawn out process in selling our house which beyond the control of us or KFH. But throughout the process Deanna and colleagues were friendly, efficient, very responsive and gave good advice.

It ended up being a longer sale than we had anticipated, but it felt like half the office chipped in at various points in the process to help deal with unexpected obstacles! Miles Roberts managed our sale in the end and was outstanding throughout. He was always proactive, quick to communicate, honest, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping us get over the finish line. Having someone so reliable and calm navigating the madness with us made a huge difference. We honestly don’t think we would have got through it without his support and persistence. Highly recommend.
