He made the experience incredibly seamless, from initial viewing to exchange and beyond. Jack is only early into his career by his own admission, but you wouldn’t know this from working with him. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a property to Jack and his team.

14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.
20th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Johnny Elias, the agent who handled our sale, was the most knowledgeable & capable estate agent one would hope to find. Recommended the selling solicitor ( also great ) & held our hands all the way through. Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friend.

Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

15th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a long drawn out buying experience with a property that wasn't straight forward. It took 6 months to complete. I liked Yesmine straight away. She showed us around and was off to the Tottenham cup winners parade which I thought was very character defining. Daniel in the office may disagree? Yesmine was open, communicative and present throughout the process. She is very patient, straight forward and experienced. It was also pleasant meeting Nyree who handed me the keys just before Xmas. I think this office has a good team in place.
