We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

They handle all aspects of the tenancy - they've always provided great advice on getting the best rental price, finding new tenants, covering all areas of compliance and ensuring that I comply with my obligations as a landlord. Terri Tristram is my contact there, and she always provides proactive, speedy and helpful advice. I'm very happy to be working with them.

We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

Made a holding deposit for one of their rooms in Bethnal Green that same day. Due to work commitments I was unable to further pursue the room the experience was great and will contact them again should things change in the future! If you are looking for a new place to rent these guys are highly recommended, good vibes, integrity and professionalism all the way. Mind that this review is my personal honest (genuine) experience with Faiz but I think I can safely say that there are some real shady people out there so to encounter an honest agency like these guys the choice is simple.
