Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. 10th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I rented my property through this agency in April 2023. Last month, I erroneously sent them £600 which was meant for the landlord. Only one person has acknowledged my many calls and e-mails however they are now ignoring me and have still not send my money back. Going to get the police involved today. Not sure what is going on.

Really lovely people to speak to and deal with, made what's been a stressful flat hunt a big relief at the end. 28th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Found Inner City Estate's performance disappointing. Ms. Lenka from Inner City Estate lacked expertise in property sales. As a representative, she appeared unprepared and directed clients to the website for property information. Despite attempts to offer guidance, her grasp of the subject matter seemed insufficient. Additionally, she often interrupted others when lacking pertinent information herself. It was evident that she was not suited for the role of selling properties, which demands a higher level of proficiency compared to managing rental properties, where her strengths may lie.

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
29th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

My interaction with Jennifer has been exceptional; she is the only individual at Home Finders who truly listens and demonstrates genuine qualification. Others I've encountered have caused stress and failed to meet the standard, leading me to question their suitability for the company. Home Finders should aim to recruit more professionals like Jennifer to ensure sustainability and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this. With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding. All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family. Would highly recommend
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
