28th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I recently used Godfrey & Barr to sell my house in Mill Hill. From the moment they were appointed, I knew I was in safe hands. They kept me fully informed of the sale process, how viewing went to eventually finding a buyer. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Always great welcoming , friendly staffs , trustworthy people, they go above and beyond to help you to get what you’re looking for. Reasonable properties in good conditions. If there is any issues they will look into it and give you their best support. Have rented all my properties only with Select in the past 15 years. Thank you Guys for making me feel happy to rent out your available properties.
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line

25th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. He did an excellent job and was always on hand when you needed him night or day. No regrets. Warren all the way.

I have been renting in London for the past 15 years, and during that time, I’ve dealt with all the massive corporate names—Foxtons, Dexters, Antony Roberts, and Hastings. Without fail, I had a frustrating issue with every single one of them. The typical London renting experience usually involves dealing with agents who are arrogant, pushy, and completely indifferent once they get your money. Websters is the complete antithesis of that. They are, without a doubt, the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. Here is why they completely blow the competition out of the water: Incredibly Prompt & Responsive: You are never left chasing them. They reply quickly, action requests immediately, and actually respect your time. They Genuine Listen: Unlike the big corporate chains that just try to shove any property down your throat to hit a target, Websters listened to my specific needs and actually tried to match them. Flawless Communication: They keep you posted at every single stage of the process. You are never left in the dark wondering what is happening. Polite, Professional, and Caring: The team is genuinely nice. While other agents come across as arrogant and cold, the staff at Websters are deeply caring and human. Whether you are a tenant looking for a stress-free home search or a landlord wanting your property managed by professionals who actually care, I cannot recommend Websters highly enough. They have completely restored my faith in estate agents!
1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

26th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Haven’t dealt with many letting agents and I will highly recommend Maxwell Valentine. Their professionalism is above par. Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
