Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.
1st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Elliott Davis Properties for many years, and I must say they are the best in the business when it comes to honesty and integrity. They are always a cut above the rest. I’m not the type of person who relies solely on reviews, but if you want to judge a business, I encourage you to come in, have a chat, and make your own decision. If you feel the deal or the agent isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine—but don’t let any review stop you from having a conversation. I’ve been doing business with Elliott Davis and their associates since 2012, and not once have I had any issues. I highly recommend them.

7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured. 2nd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have recently purchased a detached bungalow at Winchmore Hill from Fullers. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I’m met with 4 different agencies. Brickworks attention to detail, homework on the property and advice generally was superior to the other agencies and clearly so.
18th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Rawlinson Gold have lived up to expectations, with realistic assessment of the market, appropriate communication and immediate attention to required actions. In particular I found Gary Rawlinson who was our agent very personable and good to work with.

5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
