Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.

Always had fast answers to my queries and everyone was very friendly. Our agent Frank Mulroe was extremely kind and helpful along the process.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.
7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

29th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Initially felt reassured knowing we were dealing directly with the director in securing our new home however it’s rather disappointing as maintenance issues continued to arise often met with dismissive responses such as “We have 20 years' experience maintaining this property” and even referred to as "a child," whilst pregnant which I found inappropriate.<br>There’s poor communication between agency and contractors you’ll have to update agency yourself on completed works.<br>The tenancy agreement states that tenants must leave the property cleaned to a professional standard or arrange a professional cleaning service. However, upon moving in, contractors were still carrying out work and the flat had been left in an extremely dirty condition, falling well below the standard expected of tenants. I'd recommend keeping your options open when renting privately.
