22nd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Do not use this these estate agents. I had a tenant in my property that they rented out for me. They didn’t do their checks properly, they say they use a third-party for the checks so please be very carefull it cost me over £10,000 to evict the tenant and they still wanted to charge me the fee every month for looking after the property when the tenant wasn’t even paying. Not a professional company, use someone else.

9th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Im still waiting for my holding deposit I paid 2 years ago on a property the that was ceased by the landlord from the previous seller due to non payment of rent. Quentin and Romina, together, acted unprofessionally in false-fully conveying that the previous seller agreed to my offer and took my holding deposit worth £5000. All my texts and messages have been unresponsive.

2nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.

6th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Charlie and Andy managed the process well. They communicated often and we knew what was going on throughout the process. They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.
1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.

4th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I know that Aqeel kindly showed me the property and tried to help me with the contract. However, I would like to leave a review about the agency itself. They asked me to pay a deposit in order to run a reference check, but a few days later I was declined. It has now been three weeks and I still haven’t received my money back. The agency keeps saying they have contacted their accounting team and that the refund will be made soon, but I am considering whether I need to take legal action. I don’t understand why it takes so long to return a deposit after a rejection, and I believe this is a process the agency must fix. On top of that, because Aqeel told me the landlord would likely approve, I did not make an offer elsewhere and ended up losing that opportunity as well. Please don’t make the same mistake I did,do not pay a deposit right away. First confirm that the landlord has accepted the conditions before making any payment.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Having seen how they operate in both roles, I can confidently say they run a very efficient and professional service. As a tenant, the process was straightforward and well managed, with clear communication and responsive staff. That positive experience is one of the reasons I later chose them when I became a landlord. Now, with several properties let and managed through them, I’ve found their team to be highly organised and proactive. They handle tenant sourcing, referencing, and ongoing management smoothly, and they keep landlords well informed throughout the process. Any queries or issues are dealt with promptly, which gives real peace of mind when managing property. Their fees are fair for the level of service provided, and they clearly have strong market knowledge across London. They’ve been effective at securing good tenants and maintaining occupancy, which is exactly what landlords want. Overall, my experience with Benham and Reeves has been very positive. I’d happily recommend them to other landlords looking for a reliable and efficient letting and management agent in London. A special shout out to Marc, who has been excellent to work with. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive, which makes a big difference when managing multiple properties.
