Despite the difficulties of the situation, they remained patient, supportive, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Even in what was clearly an unpleasant and challenging circumstance, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. It was clear that they truly had my best interests at heart and were committed to helping in every way possible. Tyrese and Megan were outstanding, and I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication they showed. Their support did not go unnoticed.
3rd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

I had a buyer and the deal didn’t go through because the agents wanted cash under the table. Also former member of staff from the Bromley branch made it clear he and alongside a few other with different background were getting pushed out the company

27th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I wanted to say a big thank you to Sam Cheeseman for all the help he gave while my parent was buying their first home. From the start, Sam was really easy to talk to, and he explained things clearly, which helped take a lot of the stress out of the process. He was always happy to answer our questions (and we had quite a few), and he kept us updated throughout, which made everything feel much more manageable. He was supportive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us through such an important step. Buying a first home can be quite overwhelming, but Sam made the whole experience feel a lot smoother. We would also highly recommend John Payne Lee for their excellent service and support throughout. Thanks again, Sam we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Dea, my agent, made the entire process of selling my house incredibly smooth and stress-free. We encountered a few obstacles along the way, but Dea went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions. 27th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.
1st May 2026 (6 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????

20th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Absolute worthless of a staff. Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought.
