I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.
18th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

Excellent at keeping everyone informed and liaising with solicitors, who have a similar high regard for Josh and his team (a rare quality and absolutely vital when things get tricky).

Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. 5th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

8th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been dealing with Eaton Green for the last two weeks to get a property and they have been fantastic- 6th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely poor service – Hyde Park branch Very disappointing experience with Benham and Reeves, Hyde Park branch, dealing with Asim Shah. Despite providing all requested documentation and clearly demonstrating affordability well over three times the rent, our application was failed by their referencing provider with no clear explanation. There was no meaningful communication, no transparency, and no evidence that the landlord was properly consulted on the offer. Instead, the process relied entirely on an automated system, with repeated requests to re upload the same documents, while pushing for a holding deposit. No common sense or human review was applied. If this is how tenants are treated, landlords should question how professionally their properties and offers are being handled. I would not recommend Benham and Reeves or their Hyde Park branch.
