Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. Once offers were accepted, everything else went like clockwork. Thank you to all of you - BRISTANT Investments Ltd

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Absolutely poor. Most of their listings are not even real, they were rented ages ago but still online so people can waste their time. The guy who answered my call sounded like he was 10 feet under water, couldn’t hear anything properly. If you look at most of their reviews, they’re from bot accounts with 1 review praising two of their supposed salesmen. Avoid!

The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

So helpful, very clear, offering me excellent insights and advice - making me feel calm, and in control. Also his characteristic charm bought some joy and levity to a typically v stressful experience. The house ended up falling through as my chain broke but in this Mosh was fair and clear and did his absolute best to help me navigate and keep me in the game. I will buy my dream house and through mosh! Thank you Mosh.
22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

13th May 2024 (6 days ago)April are listeners and grafters. We had a really rubbish buyer with a previous agent, and we thought all was lost, but one night walking past a for sale sign, we noticed Aprils branding. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line. We will never forget the hard work and effort Erik, Ezgie and Ela put in to helping us sell the property. 1000% recommend these guys to sell your property, and if your fence, take a leap; April wont let you down. 5th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

Winnie at Circa EC2 helped me with putting an offer in for a property and getting terms and requests approved with the landlord in a very communicative way that advocated for me as a prospective tenant as much as for the landlord, something all too rare in the London market. I would highly recommend Circa to anyone searching for a flat in London over any other letting agent I have used.
