16th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Joel Woudstra from JA residential was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. When the agent for the flat I moved out of refused to grant a reference letter (for reasons none of us could explain...), he moved heaven and earth to try and persuade them into giving the letter. When that didn't go according to plan, he liaised with the referencing agency to get us approved and moved into the new flat. Honestly, the best agent I've had the pleasure of working with since I moved to London. I wouldn't recommend anyone but him.

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
