Professional, knowledgable, passionate, presentable and honest are just a few ways I would describe her. Hamptons stood out and they really are unlike any other Estate Agent in the area - they go the extra mile with every detail and have their clients at the forefront of everything they do. 8th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

They’ve made it so simple and reassuring for us as first time buyers. Sarah and Kirsty were there every step of the way, answered questions to anything we asked, guided us when we needed help and did everything to make us happy. I had an awful experience with another local estate agent and was cautious about buying in general. However, I saw this property with Neighbour - liked it from the first visit - and it was a simple process from there. Jamie was attentive, checked in and answered any questions I had through the whole process. They are different from the others, they genuinely care about the people involved and this definitely sets them head and shoulders above the rest. Thank You!!!

McArthur is a local agent, and I believe in using local businesses, so I contacted them regarding selling the property. A decision I was happy with. No silly staggered fees or additional costs depending on how long on the market. A straight forward set fee plus VAT, perfect! From the initial visit to completion they have been great and the house went under offer in less than a fortnight. couple of communication hiccups early doors hut nothing major. Definitely recommend using.
