7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)When they are trying to get you through the checks and get the deposit, they are kind stop calling and emailing. Once you’re a tenant they don’t respond to emails resulting in me having to continually call and even go into the office to get matters responded to. It’s a bit chaotic and not very professional. When I was moving out I had people letting themselves in and out without letting me know even though I was still responsible for the property and paying the bills. Even my landlord said they had been a “.shambles”.they just want you to sign up and get the rent each month. Other than that, not bothered.

Ellie's resilience and confidence was inspiring. She listened to our needs and kept us updated. I wasn't the easiest of clients but Ellie maintained her professionalism and calmness and persevered. I don't know who was more happy when the house finally got sold - Ellie or Me - we both cried! It's been a long road. Thank you Ellie, Kapil and the team. Ever grateful for making our dream come true.
6th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I was with another Agent in Wallington who were absolutely useless, i moved to Cubitt and West after my contract ended. I sold my property in Wallington through them during a difficult period due to the economy and interest rates continually rising. I had bought a new build and had to wait a long time for it to be built, Nigel and the team were exceptional throughout, always returned my phone calls and assisted with any issues during the process, great customer service , woukd definitely recommend C&W, thank you for all your help.

28th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I had tried another EA previously who were full of empty promises, I moved to Paul and the attention to service was superb, he helped at all stages including visiting the property to fix various items and ensure it looked great for visits by potential buyers - the property was sold within 10 weeks - thoroughly recommended dont try others just go to Folklands - great service

16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I've had a disappointing experience dealing with Arber, who is responsible for renting our property. He has consistently paid us late, despite repeated reminders and excuses. Even after we formally handed in our notice and requested that tenants pay us directly, he failed to follow through. Despite terminating our contract, he continued to manage our account and still paid us late. It makes me wonder how many other landlords he's treating this way. On the contrary, Charlie, whom I've dealt with in the past when selling my house, is professional and a pleasure to work with. It's unfortunate that Arber's unprofessionalism has tainted our experience. I wouldn't recommend renting with this company. Save your money and find a more reliable option.
