19th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)I would not recommend using these agents to buy or sell. I would never buy a property from these agents, nor sell a property to anyone involved with these agents again. They are not transparent, lack of clear communication and are willing to have you waiting around for months for nothing to happen. We have purchased multiple properties before and have never dealt with something this bad. Why do you have a sales progression team if you can’t get a sale to progress? This isn’t a one off as it has happened twice now.

While timelines were demanding for the sale and onward purchase, Dawn ensured seamless communication and management of the buyer and solicitors to acheieve a smooth sale. Highly recommended.

Ushers is really second to none for this area and I would choose no other estate agent if I were selling in the area. The local knowledge and personal touch is invaluable.

Alison went above and beyond to streamline the buying process. Alison, organized necessary paperwork meticulously, and liaised effectively with all parties involved, including sellers, lawyers, and Surveyors. Alison's attention to detail and meticulous approach instilled confidence in me that I was in capable hands. Karis from Mann estate agents was helpful in setting up potential buyers to view our house and in helping me with viewing flats to buy. I found her very personable, and knowledgeable. It really does help when you're doing this for the first time when you're quite nervous about the whole thing. House sale and flat buying are now going through. Thanks for all your help Karis and good luck with your new career.

17th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Emma and her team excelled once again in both the constant advice, support and reassurance given, but also with her patience with both ourselves and with the complexity of the chain. She remained positive and proactive throughout and continuously provided re-assurance and good advice at all times. I would imagine that our purchasers are equally impressed with her service to them as much as we are to ourselves, as it was her tenacity to make the sale/purchase happen that got us all through this otherwise very stressful sale We have now used Emma and her team twice now and I can't imagine a situation where we would ever use anyone else again, even if we were trying to sell/buy in the Shetland Islands ! Emma and Robert Leech are a wining team and a team that you will want on acting for you, sale or purchase Highly recommend ! 25th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.
