7th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.
2nd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I reached out to Knight Frank in the summer for the sale of my property in Chelsea. Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. He was a real pleasure to deal with throughout; he was transparent, cheerful and welcoming at viewings, keen to understand our needs and never overly pushy, which made us feel appreciated at what was an important decision for us. It look little time to land on the right property with Strutt and they have high quality stock. Highly recommended!!

3rd May 2026 (1 day ago)Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust. Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. As an overseas landlord, I found her support absolutely invaluable. Lauren handled every stage with meticulous care, from putting the property on the market to finding the tenant. She attended to every minute detail of the property rental rules and ensured the property was in excellent condition. Lauren acted as a flawless bridge, communicating between myself, the tenant, and the maintenance team. She was always available to answer any queries and her 'spot on' communication provided me with total peace of mind. Beyond technical expertise, she has a warm, professional character that is perfectly suited to this profession. I am so pleased to have been connected with her through Barnard Marcus and wish her all the best as she moves higher up in her career. She is a true credit to the Putney team.

My latest transaction was the sale of a house on the Southfields “grid” undertaken by Alex at Hamptons in Earlsfield who provided a very smooth, professional, courteous and personable service throughout, finding appropriate buyers, holding together the transaction. Alex was always available and communicative and a credit to Hamptons.

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team.
