She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.- 20th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Robert Hogg was extremely helpful and professional in getting my sale across the line. Very proactive and informative throughout the process, made more challenging for him as I live in Australia and everything was dealt with on a ‘full arms length’ basis ! I would highly recommend both the services of Hamptons Real Estate and Robert in particular.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

The team has always been professional and reliable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Kira, who has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. She has always responded promptly to any questions, emails, or enquiries I’ve had, and her support has made a real difference over the years. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!

22nd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.
20th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. 9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
