Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

24th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Terrible experience with this agency. We asked in advance if there was any construction nearby and were told no. Upon arrival, there was major noisy construction preventing us from sleeping and enjoying the terrace. Additionally, several items in the contract were not respected. Once you pay, you hear nothing more. I do not recommend this agency.

We have looked at numerous houses with Sean over the last 18 months and he has always been incredibly factual and helpful and not salesy at all. 7th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

31st May 2024 (1 year ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
5th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;

Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

I always feel that they are looking after my interests and have given me excellent advice. I should also mention that in terms of maintenance and repairs they have gone above and beyond to make sure that my property remains in impeccable condition. I couldn't speak more highly of them.

13th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)You couldn't be in better hands. Trust is hard to find in too many settings nowadays. Too many times one deals with broker companies charging for no real services or finds dishonest, hidden or surprise fees. With Sam and her team, you will find the exact opposite, an oasis in the desert. There, the human connection is real and primary. If you are a good actor in the business, you will want to connect with Village Properties. Sam was the first local person we chatted and trust in the country, we were abroad and hadn't moved in yet. The friendlyness, will to help us and professionalism were key to gain our trust. Even after we arrived and had no direct business with Village Properties, the availability to receive and help us, was always present. A google review is easily manipulated or streched. That's why you should give them a call, or better even, stop by, and you will see what I mean. Too many bad actors out there, it's hard to write so many bad heavy reviews. But when you find a truly good actor, you have to highlight them properly. For us it's truly a pleasure to write this review. Trust me, landlord, tenant, buyer or seller, you want to be in the hands of Sam and Village Properties.

Elle and Poppy were incredibly quick, proactive, and consistently chased up solicitors and all parties involved, which made a huge difference to the whole process. Communication was clear and timely, and they kept everything moving smoothly even when things could have slowed down. Thanks to their efficiency and professionalism, the transaction progressed very well and completion was smooth and fast. Their commitment and attention to detail really stood out. He secured a great tenant for my flat, and completed all of the necessary checks / property preparations for me. I found the process much easier than using one of the well known large agencies in London (who I have had terrible experiences with in the past) - I’d highly recommend to others, and have already passed his details on to friends looking for an agent in London.
