She was professional, friendly, highly responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. From the very beginning, the whole team were fantastic, professional, responsive and genuinely invested in getting our move over the line.<br><br>Like many house moves, ours wasn’t completely straightforward, and we had a particularly stressful moment late in the process when it looked like our sale might fall through. The team were absolutely brilliant. They acted incredibly quickly, kept communication moving between everyone and worked with us to find a way forward. Within days, everything was back on track and we were able to exchange and secure our new home.<br><br>What really stood out was that we always felt we had people on our side who genuinely cared about the outcome, rather than simply managing a transaction. 20th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.
21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We purchased a property through KFH West Dulwich. Many months after our offer was accepted, we finally completed and moved in, to our surprise on that day the house didn’t resemble much the property we had agreed to buy.<br><br>Both front and back gardens had been completely neglected to the point where you can’t basically walk around, the carpets were in an appalling and unusable state. The house was so dirty that every surface was covered in dust and mouse droppings, there were spider webs throughout the property, and it was clear that no effort had been made to leave the home in a reasonable state for its new owners.<br><br>When we raised our concerns, the estate agent responded that their role was basically to hand over the keys. While we understand that the condition of the property is ultimately the seller’s responsibility, we would have expected the agency to provide at least some guidance to them about leaving a property in a presentable condition for completion, especially since we were patient enough to wait much longer than the original estimate date.<br><br>What should have been an exciting day turned into a disappointment within the first ten minutes of walking through the door. The lack of care from the sellers, left a very an awful impression, when you pay over a £1m for a house, one would expect some decency from the agents and the sellers to leave the place in a nice state.

What can often be a stressful and overwhelming process has been made so much easier thanks to Sara.<br><br>It can be hard to find an agent who genuinely champions your search, especially when they have so many clients to manage. From day one, Sara has been friendly, responsive, and incredibly supportive. What really stood out was that she was often the one proactively getting in touch with me, rather than me having to chase for updates. That made such a difference and was a real breath of fresh air during the house-hunting process.<br><br>Too often, you give your details to an agent only to be shown properties that don't match your budget, preferred area, or requirements. Every property Sara recommended, however, felt carefully considered and genuinely aligned with what I was looking for. It was clear she had listened and understood exactly what mattered to me.<br><br>If you're looking for a new home and want someone who truly has your best interests at heart, I'd wholeheartedly recommend asking to speak with Sara. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.<br><br>Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout.<br><br>The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed.<br><br>Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution.<br><br>The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge.<br><br>This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves.<br><br>After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.
