Beth was the only estate agent who was realistic on price from the outset (all of the other estate agents I spoke to exaggerated the price so I would pick them to sell the property). Beth (along with her colleagues) managed to get the property sold very quickly and was extremely responsive and proactive while the property was being sold and during the lawyer process to formalise the sale. She is also a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Acorn group over other estate agents!

They always respond immediately to emails, which is extremely rare these days, and keep us informed every step of the way. 29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I had the pleasure of working with Aslam and Jack at Chancellors during our property search in West London, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aslam was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to secure us off-market properties, and his response times and follow-ups were consistently prompt and professional. He made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. Jack showed us around a property and did a brilliant job. What really stood out was his patience and understanding. When my partner and I were running significantly late due to the tube strikes, he was a complete gentleman and waited for us without any fuss. That kind of consideration for travel hiccups and unforeseen circumstances is rare, and we really appreciated it. While we ultimately went with a property elsewhere on the market, that takes nothing away from the experience we had with this team. Aslam and Jack are a genuine pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a property in West London, these are the people to go to.

From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. She was incredibly patient, professional, and always kept communication open between myself and the seller throughout the entire process. No matter the obstacles, she kept everyone informed, chased things when needed, and made sure the process kept moving forward. After probate was granted, the sale progressed smoothly and quickly from start to finish. Miira undertook additional tasks for us such as vacant property insurance inspection visits which minimised our need to travel to the property. The sale completed within 4 months of going to market. Highly recommend!
