Highly communicative and quick to respond when we had questions along the way. We’ve worked with other estate agents in the past with our rentals but we could really tell the difference with a family owned company. We had direct contact with the same people the entire time and they were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making the home purchase process as easy as possible. We’re highly grateful for such a smooth experience!

Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

The result was a very speedy listing to completion.<br>For anyone thinking of selling my advice would always be to use a top class estate agent AND an excellent solicitor! It's always worth it.<br>KFH are highly recommended.

11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)We had such a great experience with Sara at Marsh & Parsons! She was really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The day I first called, she called me back with two properties and availability to view that suited us. The second property she showed us ended up being the one we went for!<br><br>The viewings were also private, which made such a difference. There were no queues of people outside the door or loads of couples being shown around at the same time, so the whole experience felt much more personal and relaxed. Sara even drove us from one viewing to the second property so we could make it to another viewing in time afterwards.<br><br>She made everything really easy over WhatsApp too, from contracts and deposits to answering all our questions, even when she wasn’t working. She was always so responsive and happy to help.<br><br>Couldn’t recommend Sara enough! She made what is normally a stressful process feel really easy and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find our new home.- 1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We couldn’t recommend Phil and the team at Marsh & Parsons highly enough. 2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t recommend Phil Cantwell at Your Move in New Cross highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — competent, responsive, proactive, kind, and professional.<br><br>The sale turned out to be much more complicated than expected, with legal difficulties meaning that the process took over two years to complete. Throughout that entire time, Phil stayed in touch, kept me updated and did everything he could to keep things moving along. Even though I was dealing with everything internationally, his communication was excellent and I always felt that things were being looked after. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel remarkably stress-free. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without him.<br><br>Phil also went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He was incredibly helpful with all sorts of practical things that I would normally have dealt with myself if I had been in London — from replacing batteries in smoke detectors to meeting contractors and helping coordinate things on my behalf.<br><br>He was an absolute delight to deal with: warm, friendly, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m incredibly grateful for all his help and would wholeheartedly recommend Phil to anyone looking for an estate agent.

It was a long and complicated process with many unexpected issues, additional documents and delays along the way.<br><br>Edward was always professional, responsive and helpful, doing his best to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Communication was always quick and clear. We really appreciate all his support and would happily recommend him.
27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

We first talked to Peter to find a letting solution. Peter, Victoria, and their team found suitable tenants quickly while keeping us well informed. Anna and Ella handled the practical side. Anna devoted lots of time to contracts, agreements, and preparation work. Ella also assisted a lot with scheduling and went beyond her role by supervising the disposal of old furniture to ensure a smooth move-in—which we truly appreciated ! Mae and Gioia were also very responsive and helpful.As overseas landlords, having an experienced, reliable team is vital to us.
