The result was a very speedy listing to completion.<br>For anyone thinking of selling my advice would always be to use a top class estate agent AND an excellent solicitor! It's always worth it.<br>KFH are highly recommended.

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had so many ongoing issues at my house, a broken washing machine since MARCH with countless calls, emails and people coming to “evaluate” or “fix” the issue (it just needs to be replaced!!), people either quit so the comms is lost then the conversation starts all over again (average reply time 5 weeks) or things are lost and not followed up. I will never rent a house through marsh and parsons again. They promise they will call you back and they never do. Have thoroughly documented the condition of my property as I don’t feel confident they won’t try (or even know) what to deduct from my deposit when I eventually leave. So disappointing as I love my house but they’re completely incompetent- 15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Marsh and Parsons were so graceful and professional throughout the process of viewing, making and offer and ultimately purchasing our new home. Alistair was our first contact and he was so knowledgeable and kept us in the loop through the whole process. I heartily recommend H&P to anyone considering a purchase in the area. They are a great team, but Alastair really stood out.

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Selling through Ellisons in Raynes Park.<br>Carlos and all the team at Ellisons were efficient and enthusiastic when arranging viewings. Ellisons gave good advice when marketing our property. They were persistent and remained positive when our sale fell through due to problems with the buyer's related sale. They negotiated well when issues arose over the price. They chased solicitors, buyer and their related sale to keep progressing the sale. We would recommend Ellisons for a house sale in Raynes Park.

Please be aware when dealing with this agency and their landlords ( who apparently never reply to them but are responsive when signing new tenants) . They will keep your deposit for months and months but will have no problems taking deposits from next tenants ON THE SAME PROPERTY .<br><br>we have been quiet for 2 months but these guys have been holding our deposit despite no issues with check out reports.<br><br>Your agents should be explicitly clear from start IF you agency doesn’t like to release deposits on time .
