She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.

The whole process has been incredibly low stress, I would highly recommend them.

Their expert local team made the whole process seamless, hassle-free and property made available to me in under a week's time. My letting agent, Lily Reynolds, was exceptional and proactive, and quick to arrange viewings for me. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, as she was always available to answer any queries, even on weekends.Of course, I must also mention the impeccable service of Hampton's team, who were beside me from start to finish. Lily and Laureen Walker with daily emails providing feedback have managed all the referencing, paperwork, and tenancy agreements smoothly, even chasing up details over the weekend to ensure a swift move-in date.Even after moving in date Anna Davies made herself available to answer any queries or issues I encountered with property for both the short and long term Hamptons delivered professional, friendly, and results-driven service that exceeded expectations. I'd highly recommend them to any tenant looking to rent out without the stress.Many thanks to Hampton's team.

15th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Terrible experience buying through this estate agent. The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.
15th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I approached this agent first when looking to rent and although there was a very speedy view of a nearby flat, I was given the hard sell approach. I was bombarded with calls, texts and emails not only about the flat I viewed (tried to get me to do a 2nd viewing) but from other offices regarding property that wasn't suitable. I think this approach doesn't help anyone - either agent or client.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

The entire team is always so helpful, understanding, and truly committed to providing great customer service. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. A special thank you to Sarah, who is consistently kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She always takes the time to listen and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved quickly. Her friendly attitude really makes every interaction a pleasure. I couldn’t recommend Simmons and Son Estate agents Slough enough for their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for their customers.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend

1st May 2026 (24 days ago)I would like to share my experience with landlords who are thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be very happy to take full year commission from you the moment they have found a tenant for you but they will not refund you in cash if your tenant moves out early say after month 2 in my case. They will not return you the commission even if you no longer wish to rent out your property. Be very careful if you are considering using Foxtons. I see the business practice as totally unfair and have shared with all my neighbours and community groups. People need to be aware of it. I will share it over the social platforms as well to promote awareness. Think about selling your property through Foxtons. Would you want to use a company like this? I wouldn’t.
