3rd Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)I do not recommend as a management company. Previous negative reviews I noticed seem to dissappear. They claimed PM lettings is a separate business and made a different Google page, even though it's all under the same roof, same staff and same website!! No other estate agent does this. And PM stands for Pollard Machin! Ignore emails or just stop replying and do not take maintenance issues seriously. Have to resort to calling in which they confirm they received emails but never explain why you are always the bottom of the pile. Mike seems to be the worst at this.

We really felt taken care of and not in any kind of game like some estate agents can make you feel. Aleksandra was just a delight to work with from start to end. Highly recommend her service.

14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. If you’re looking for a real estate agency in London that actually cares about its clients, Nathan Andrews Agency is the one to go with. Highly recommended!

Communication was excellent throughout, always clear, transparent, and timely. He was consistently positive, kind, and professional, which made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and straightforward letting process.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

From day one it was obvious how seriously he takes his work — professional, always on top of the details, and genuinely passionate about his job. He was the lynchpin in ensuring the process ran smoothly and acted as an amazing bridge between us and the buyers. I could (and did) pick up the phone to him and he would be able to offer clear guidance and practical solutions efficiently and effectively. It was pleasure from start to finish. Jill Parry was also absolutely excellent and really came through in unlocking the transaction. The whole team around Abidul and Jill were also very impressive and kept everything moving seamlessly. Thank you so much.

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

They are communicative and helpful - they gave excellent advice throughout the selling process and employ much better photographers than other Estate Agents - the photos we received from them were worlds apart from our previous EA who failed to sell our property and barely communicated with us. We had a great experience selling through them and would recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Alison who was so helpful and simply a joy to interact with!
26th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Asked us to pay for cleaning the flat in return for our full deposit back, only to delay returning our deposit for 5 months, only to go back on that, and claim half the deposit. This was after years of poor service. Don't trust these people.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
