18th May 2026 (6 days ago)A few days ago, our key fell into the lift shaft on a Sunday. Concierge was supposed to have a duplicate key, but the agency had failed to provide an updated copy after the lock was changed before we moved in. We were in direct contact with our agent, Rebecca, who knew we were locked out with a sleepy 2-year-old child and advised us to call a locksmith because nobody at the agency was available on Sunday. We had no real choice. The locksmith changed the lock and charged us £1,250. Now the agency (Naomi) refuses reimbursement, claiming we didn’t use the “correct emergency channels” — despite already knowing about the emergency and despite the situation being caused by their own failure to provide updated keys. Completely unacceptable lack of responsibility and empathy.

13th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

Our sale turned into a marathon lasting many months, but Joe's persistence was the only reason we finally got over the line. While the process was often stalled by other parties, Joe remained proactive and stayed on top of the chain throughout. He was consistent, patient, and never lost momentum despite the delays. We really appreciated his steady communication and the fact that he stuck with us until the very end. Highly recommended if you need an agent who actually follows through.

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

21st May 2026 (3 days ago)I worked with Chelsea office for few years. Last tenancy was a complete disaster, they got a tenant that turns out to be miss using the flat. I raised my concerns several times to the agency and they seemed to work for their other client than for me the landlord. I took possession of the property just to corroborate all my suspicions. Copies of the key were done, apartment seemed to be used for more than one person, multiple call outs without a reason were charged to my account and none to the tenant. In the end they didn’t know what keys were used, what were missing; one year old sofa bed had to be discarded, inventory did not report stains or broken back support, boxes of condoms were found inside the closet. What supposed to be a flat for a master’s degree student, was treated indeed like a frat-house flat.
