She is always quick to respond to emails and questions and very patient in explaining the different processes and time frames to me. Most recently she has helped me arrange a mortgage so I could move down to the coast and she took all the stress out of the situation. She explains options clearly and thoroughly and had regular, friendly check ins throughout the process. Thank you so much!

3rd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

The team was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to selling our property and securing the best possible price. 3rd May 2026 (2 days ago)Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust. Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. Thank you.
27th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.- 23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Natalie guided us through renting our flat with warmth and expertise. The team at Barnard Marcus has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. What could easily have been a stressful experience became smooth and genuinely enjoyable thanks to her. 9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. I do not even want to give 1 star.

He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage. The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.

18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Had my property up for sale with them for nearly a year and only a couple of offers, one of which was accepted and fell through. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see.
