13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Wasted my time, I was interested in one of their properties and tried to arrange a viewing. I made the mistake of agreeing to multiple viewings as well and thought it would be good to see what was in my price range. Five viewings where arranged and after the first which was out of my budget and not really what I was looking for I was informed the rest where cancelled. These viewings were all arranged more than a week in advance. Utterly incompetent. As someone who works with a blue chip retailer who regularly looks at their leases for property, I was especially disappointed their residential service is so poor.

We finally got our home we wanted and even after everything was finalised yinka still called to check up on how the renovations was going. Anyway who has yinka in charge of your buy will be over the moon. Thanks for all your help yinka

I have to say a huge thank you to Victoria who was everything you could possibly look for in an agent. Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

She really is, in my opinion, the best agent I've come across recently of all the agents I've met and contacted over the last couple of months. Very warm, welcoming person. We've been on the house hunt for a while and although we came very close to securing a potential property which didn't work out at the end, nevertheless, I had to commend Steph for her professionalism and positive attitude. I do hope we cross paths in the future.

I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. When the sale was getting a little “tricky” in the latter stages, Ellie really persisted with the buyer and made sure we could get completed and over the line by communicating a lot with the buyer and solicitor. It was good to have Ellie in our corner for it!

Buying a property is super stressful, but their whole team made the process a lot smoother. And I want say a special thanks to Hayleigh, honestly the most sweet and helpful person I ever met, doesn’t matter what was the issue or question she would always be on it, she always made sure we would get all the answers, so we could know what was happening throughout the entire process. I have been in this process before, and I always had to chase people to get some answers and was not smooth at all.
