3rd May 2026 (3 days ago)Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust. Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale. I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. Working with Nadine and the Tooting Winkworth team made a difficult experience, completely manageable. Thank you.

16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Do not use this agent. I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!

What I like the most about it is that the staff were very helpful especially ( Callum Murphy ) and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any queries I had. I’m really happy with my new home and the service provided.
9th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. I do not even want to give 1 star.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. He took the time to understand my preferences and needs before carefully selecting several suitable properties for me to view. He arranged all the viewings on the same day with excellent timing, which meant I didn’t have to waste time waiting and could move smoothly from one property to the next. Although the properties I viewed were not quite right for me, I was very impressed with Matt’s professionalism and approach. I would definitely return to him in the future when I’m ready to continue my search.

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. She was knowledable, supportive, an active listener, and eager to jump in to help with anything needed during the viewings. Tried to sell with them for over 6 months, few viewings, never any feedback from viewings and on occasion asked if my tenants could accomm odate viewing late evenings! A very bare minimum approach, eventually had okay offer, accepted then I had to chase them to chase potential buyer who was clearly stalling on getting a solicitor and survey done, so as I expected offer was from a time waster. Asked for my keys to property to be returned signed for and they sent normal post and I'm still waiting! They charge okay commission compared to some estate agents, but never available, never ring back, just lazy approach, like rubbish advert marketing and then sit back and hope property will sell itself. AVOID.

They were professional throughout the entire process and communication was spot on at all times. Particular thanks to Liam who was excellent. We had an issue come up in the process which could have derailed our sale, he immediately looked for solutions to save the sale and prevented a lot of stress.

From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently. The agent was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk through the property with me, ensuring I understood any points being noted. There were no surprises, and I felt the whole process was conducted with honesty and integrity. I was especially impressed with how quickly my deposit was processed and returned. He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see.
