Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. Once offers were accepted, everything else went like clockwork. Thank you to all of you - BRISTANT Investments Ltd- 7th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

13th May 2024 (6 days ago)April are listeners and grafters. We had a really rubbish buyer with a previous agent, and we thought all was lost, but one night walking past a for sale sign, we noticed Aprils branding. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line. We will never forget the hard work and effort Erik, Ezgie and Ela put in to helping us sell the property. 1000% recommend these guys to sell your property, and if your fence, take a leap; April wont let you down.
