From the outset, they brought a clear, structured approach to sale process. Being present and engaged throughout the sale. Junaid gave us guidance, not just in selling, but also in helping us understand what to look for when buying our next home. This made a big difference in how confident we felt when making decisions. On Completion, Stefan was very helpful, he went above and beyond, he supported me alot. Throughout, they were professional, reliable, and reassuring to deal with. Very friendly people. Overall, a very positive experience and a team we would happily recommend.
7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)We went to see the apartment that was available for rent, we liked it. We did all the checkings, filled all the forms, all good. The agent we met insisted to us on talking with the actual landlord to tell him that we are leaving from his apartment. After we did that, he told us that the house is no longer available so this created a very very very unpleasant situation with the actual landlord that almost didn't wanted to let us stay anymore in his apartment. This company is a total shame and scam 1st Edit: My 1st reply to yours: Nice try ! I have attached a picture, maybe you can remember now. I have 2text messages as well. You're embarrassing. Another reason for others to avoid your company. 2nd Edit: My 2nd reply to yours: First of all, the flat was listed by your company, not a different one. On Rightmove, there is your address, not the address of the company you tried to push forward to take YOUR fault. At least now, be professional and assume the errors that you make and stop trying to act like people are stupid and get you wrong, because this is not the case. Second of all, I think you forget what your website shows. Indeed, the company you suggested to make a review exists, but it is also included in your point of contact section, so that would still fall under your company duty. And lastly, I wrote this review for the whole company, not specifically to the sales area, because your whole company works on both sales and renting. So, do not try to fool people here as long as we are aware of our acts. I can see that I am not the only one here complaining about you, so you may want to think this is a sign to work on your professionalism and how you deliver your work to the clients, not to try get out of it blaiming others, or suggesting people are lying because you “do not have any knowledge” of this. Another pic attached. I have pics from inside the house as well. If Google asks, I'll provide them even more details.
10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely unacceptable level of service. I walked in today 10.04 as a potential tenant and was immediately met with a complete lack of professionalism. A staff member was casually eating and chatting while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, with no greeting or even basic recognition. After several seconds of being ignored, I was finally noticed, but the reaction I received made it very clear that my presence was seen as an interruption rather than a customer walking through the door. That kind of attitude is not only unwelcoming, it’s outright disrespectful. If this is how prospective clients are treated on first contact, it raises serious concerns about how the business operates overall. The owner should be concerned about this kind of behaviour being displayed to potential customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning or considering this place further. First impressions matter—and this one ensured there won’t be a second.
24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Tobi and Gemma were honestly amazing from start to finish when it came to selling my place on Mildenhall Road, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pair to handle everything. They just made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free, which is not something I was expecting at all! They really know their stuff, gave great advice at every stage, and were always on hand to answer questions or keep me in the loop. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting the best result for me, and they absolutely delivered. What I loved most was how down-to-earth and approachable they were while still being super professional and on it the whole time. It never felt like just another sale to them. I’d recommend them to literally anyone in Hackney without hesitation, and by the end of it all it felt less like working with agents and more like having a couple of friends helping you through a big life moment.- 24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Laura and the team have been absolutely exceptional. They secured an outstanding tenant within days No delays, no unnecessary back and forth, just results I highly recommend them.

23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)We recently bought our new home and sold our flat through Abode Estate Agents in Woodford Green, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Vicky was absolutely instrumental throughout the entire process. We first viewed an unbelievable opportunity down the road from our existing flat before it had even gone on the market, and she kindly allowed us to put in an offer early, which really helped get things moving quickly. From there, everything progressed at pace, and while the process wasn’t without its complexities, Vicky was always on hand and available — whether it was answering calls, keeping everyone aligned, or making sure communication never dropped. Her dedication, professionalism, and calm approach made a huge difference. I genuinely don’t think we would have managed to successfully complete both the sale and purchase without her support. I would highly recommend Abode and their fantastic team to anyone looking to buy or sell. Their knowledge of the local area and their professionalism are second to none. And a lovely bonus — they’re very dog-friendly! Every time I had an appointment, my dog was thoroughly spoiled with the best treats, which definitely earned them extra points ?????? 13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. Initially, the property was advertised for £2000, but after I agreed, the rent was suddenly increased to £2100. I was also asked to pay multiple deposits and advance rent, which I did in full. When I received the keys and moved in, the house was not ready at all. There were multiple issues—no proper electricity setup, no gas card, broken fittings, and unfinished repairs. Even though I was promised everything would be fixed, it took over a month after moving in to complete basic work. Later, serious issues like no heating and no hot water continued for months. Despite repeated complaints, the landlord failed to take responsibility and even asked me to arrange repairs myself, which is unacceptable when full rent is being paid. I gave proper notice and paid all rent up to my move-out date. However, now the landlord is refusing to return my deposit and is still making unreasonable demands. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional service, poor maintenance, and no accountability. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend
