20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. 11th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)I have to disclaim this by saying I have not yet moved into the property, however this has been the smoothest and most professional journey to renting that I have had in all my years renting in London. Martin has been wonderful and forthcoming in every way. Even though we had a unique situation and some bumps in the process, he has helped us at every step, and was so patient with us throughout. I didn’t know agents like this existed in London! A one in a million encounter. I hope everything else continues to go smoothly, but can say from my experiences so far all has been great. All encounters seem genuine, straightforward and honest, which is so refreshing from the usual agents I’ve experienced in London. Thank you!

Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.
28th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)A few things which we were promised which they didn’t deliver on, we went with this estate agent because they said they’d have multiple offices working on our property, but it ended up being just one office in a different area to where we were selling. We were there for some of the viewings and they didn’t know answers to basic questions which we know we had given them information for
5th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Highly recommended. We had our first rental in the UK with Andrew Purnell, and they've kindly helped us to go through all steps easily. Always had fast answers to my queries and everyone was very friendly. Our agent Frank Mulroe was extremely kind and helpful along the process.

7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

25th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

Makes letting a property extremely easy with the assurance that all the required legal documentation has been supplied and completed professionally and correctly!! 5 years later and we just sold our house with Paul. Top notch service all the way! He helped us find the right purchasers and ensured the sale went through as quickly and as smoothly as possible! Always ready to go the extra mile to make it as simple as possible. I can’t rate them enough!!

We can’t fault them and would recommend their services to anyone on the area. Special thanks to William and Guy, who helped us tremendously.
15th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Really hard to achieve anything with Goodsir unfortunately as emails and calls go continually unanswered and simple questions are not answered. I- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could.
