3rd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.
24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Horrible experience with this office. They sent an electrician (First Place Electrical Services Ltd) to check electricity (when we were out of country) at end tenancy. Electrician left heating/boiler on and we were away that entire month (December) so incurred a huge bill (we sent proof of usage when electrician went in flat vs normal usage, and tickets that we were out of country). Hamptons and the electrician ignored us; completely unprofessional and unethical. Will be reporting to authorities and Ombudsman. A shame as the service from Federica from this office to find another tenancy was excellent (and was checking in on this matter). Rest of the office had a "dont care / you cannot do anything about it" approach on our matter.
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

Dea, my agent, made the entire process of selling my house incredibly smooth and stress-free. We encountered a few obstacles along the way, but Dea went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! We completed the sale in record time, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you want an stress-free sale, look no further than Reed Rains!

Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see. We'd have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to working with him to find our home!
20th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Absolute worthless of a staff. Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought. Use your brains and opt for better letting agencies.
