25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I came back into the rental market after 7 years and felt a little trepidation about finding the right rental home and working with Estate Agents again. From the minute I contacted the team at Anthony Webb I could not have been looked after better. They organised a viewing of the flat I saw on Rightmove the next day and what really impressed me, is the interaction between the agent showing me the flat and the tenant who was there. They were clearly on great terms and both were happy to answer all the questions I had. I made the offer and it was accepted and I cannot speak highly enough of both the negotiating team and the contract team that have gone out of their way to look after me through the process. They have answered questions, alayed any fears, been happy to go back and forward to Landlord, promptly answered calls. It has been an absolutely outstanding service.

25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I have recently let my flat out in North London with Hamptons and the process has been seamless thanks to Haiden Roeger - Senior Head of Lettings. She is exceptional at her job. Haiden's communication skills on all levels are outstanding and the professional yet friendly approach with which she operates is outstanding. Haiden takes the time to understand her clients' needs and delivers on this. She easily builds trust which made me feel fully supported throughout the entire process. Haiden has exceeded my high expectations and couldn't have impressed me more with the level of service and expertise she offers. If you are looking to let your property, I would not hesitate to recommend Haiden at Hamptons.
23rd Mar 2026 (12 days ago)On a good note, the office staff are very helpful and were quick to help and had good communication. On the other hand, had a viewing today at a property and honestly I’ve never had such an experience with a housing agent. I’m still confused to be honest. 1. Attended the property and the agent didn’t even greet or clarify who I was. The first thing she said to me was “You can’t park there please use the parking at the display over there as there’s traffic wardens”. Fair enough and appreciative, once I parked and met up with the estate agent she didn’t introduce herself and she didn’t clarify who I was so I could’ve been a stranger. Basic customer service couldn’t even be met. 2. A viewing has been booked in for a property that is getting work done to it, again… confused. I travelled over an hour to a property that was being painted when I was there so I couldn’t even see the property properly due to all the works going on. (Staff were lovely that were working so not a remark against them but I would hope if you’re going to visit a potential home you would be informed if there’s work going on so you can decide whether it’s worth the trip or not. 3. I’ve been to viewings before and this was honestly the worst experience. I felt uncomfortable from the beginning to the end of my interaction. There was no follow up, no questions just bye and that’s it. The whole viewing was just awkward if that’s the best way to describe it. Thanks to the reception staff that helped me out prior to my viewing and for their kindness and support in answering questions I had previously.

She has a calm and straightforward approach that really builds trust, and you always feel like you’re in good hands.

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

Like all estate agencies, there is pushing on both the buyer / seller side and that can feel uncomfortable at times but it was necessary to get the deal over the line. Would recommend.

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend
